The hotel is welcoming and reception staff were very friendly. They spoke good English which is helpful. It’s a bit annoying that they charge 3% for payment with a debit card. The restaurant is under used as we were the only couple sat eating food all night. I think that is a management issue as the food was expensive in comparison to the nearby cafes, restaurants and bars. Saying that the food was very good and plentiful. The young member of staff was very polite and gave good service to us. He was also carrying out room service duties which kept him out of the restaurant area on occasions, which caused two other guests to leave as they were fed up of waiting. No fault of the staff member, so again it’s a management issue. The room was very clean and bed comfortable. Wifi was ok. I would use the hotel again but would make requests prior to arrival. 7/10.
