The guesthouse, the prices are also decent.

I spent 2 nights here in 2 different room and They both had bed bugs. The room and price are good, but sadly there are too many bed bugs in this guest house…

I wish I could give 0 stars, this guesthouse was so bad. Had bed bugs and stuff gave no money back. If you don’t want to get bites, stay away from there!

Worst guesthouse I have been to! First they dismissed our privacy, they waited in front of our door after we had a shower, and stalked us in the internet out of our passport informations. We had bed bugs, the stuff was really unfriendly and didn't helped us. After we told them they refused to do anything and even refused to bring us to the airport like what we booked before even though our flight was very early in the morning! So I can advise everybody to stay away from this guesthouse! We nearly missed our flight, now have bed bugs in our clothes and bites everywhere. Didn't get anything back and have the problem of getting rid of it now.

Nice and economical place, rooms are ok but it's located near to Mekong river, the owner is very nice and helpful, it's a good place in the area for the money you pay.

Same bad experience as Simon Barkerville below, my bag was searched during the night. The neighbouring Indian guesshouse is better maintained and almost cleans sanitary.

Terrible with bed bugs. Never go. Literally they were crawling and the staff just laughed and refused a refund. They offered a different room. Which also had bed bugs. We are travellers who pay cheap and expect damp smelling rooms with mouldy walls and having hot water in the shower is always a positive. But bed bugs is something else. And when we squashed them. There was blood on the tissue and on the bed sheets. We had not been bitten so who knows who blood that was. Reception staff were a joke and just laughed at us. Absolutely disgusting.

Money STOLEN from my bags while in the shower. Cleaner/hotel staff must have been watching for me when I left the room. The whole guest house is falling apart but it is very cheap.

Would not stay here, room was terrible, the owner very rude and the washing came back soaking wet, mixed with other clothes and smelt worse, and she still demanded money for it! Avoid.

Not bad to do the visas, I stay maximum 1 night.

Its clean staff are friendly… ive stayed 3 times and meet loads of good people staying there.

I would not stay here again. We found our twin room a little bit dirty (hairs on bedsheets, floor was clean though). The public restrooms are rather not clean but also not too dirty, just acceptable for a quick shower with your eyes closed. One morning the water did not work. In our room were no clothing racks or something where you could hang your wet towel. The included breakfast & coffee was okay, you can choose between 3 options and breakfast is available from 7-10.

Simple but good, clean guest house. In itself it is quiet, unless you have noisy backpackers in the neighboring room, but there is nothing for the guest house. There are three options with toast for breakfast, coffee or tea. The Internet works very well.

Good service and take care customer

It's a good place to stay. I lived in a dormitory room. It is the first hostel where I saw thought out ventilation. You can not only use air cond. You can turn on exhaust fan which helps you to refresh the air in the room. Fans also installed in showers. Breakfast is small but you can ask more coffee or tea for free and one option of the breakfast is very delicious (toasts with honey it's unbelievable). Room is clean. If the bedclothes is not at good condition you can ask to change it. Workers live in the hotel so they made it as their own home. They tried made design repair. For small payment it provides laundry service and rent a bicycle. I would stay there again, it's cheap and quite comfortable, 40000 kip/day. Internet channel is not very strong and sustainable, it's not for watching a video but is usable.

Very budget guesthouse. The room is relatively clean, but there are no windows and the air is constantly stuffy inside. The breakfast is very small, you can pick from 3 options: a small banana and 2 slices of toast as French toast, with jam or with one mirror egg, plus tea or instant coffee.

Atmosphere, staff, value for money.

Great place, great location. Payed 100.000 Kip for a double room single beds and a shared bedroom.

Worth the money, tho the room was pretty small.

Very dear, the employee tell you you're in the capital and that you will find less expensive… The nearby Indian guest is two times cheaper…
I hate that attitude!

Very Clean Guest House. Affordable Place for Cheaper than most. Between $19-$23/night depending if you want TV or with breakfast.

Our room, which was room 2 had an open sewage hole hidden under the bed, had a plate over the top of it to reduce the smell. It didn't work the room stank. When we asked for a new room, I was advised by the night staff we couldn't be moved as the manager had gone. In the morning I asked for a refund… No refunds!
