This place is great, the rooms are neat and a decent size. Very affordable aswell. The reception staff can speak english. You can pay in three different currencies, USD, Lao Kip and Thai Baht and to top it all of you are close to a lot of tourist attractions and "hangouts". Really a nice place to stay for a few nights.

The place is in well condition with western style furniture bed and toilet. They have free coffe and tea and it is well located. The down sides are that there is no elevator, only cash and the staff is not very friendly (they were really rude in the check in) also the price in there is cheaper than in booking so you can drop by to check pricing.
