Good food and good rest in here!

I have stayed in this hotel several times. I love this place because of its location, friendliness and clean. Vieantian now has many new hotel but this is the only hotel I stay every time I come visit.

Central location and comfortable rooms. Love the sincerity of the staff that dont fake.

We stayed for 3 nights & it was a very pleasant experience from the first email to the time we checked out. All the staff that we inter-acted with were very good with a special mention to the hotel reception team. The location is excellent for walking and exploring, especially the short walk to the riverside night market. Plenty of options within a short walk for food & drinks. We would stay again without hesitation.

I loved the hotel. It is in the center of Vientiane. I loved the lounge bar and the chocolate fondant! The staff was helpful and polite.

This is a very nice hotel in the heart of the city. It is a short walk to the night market. The room was pretty large with a very large and comfortable bed. Breakfast was good with a wide variety of Western and Asian dishes available. The staff was friendly and always smiling. The only negative aspect was the Jacuzzi tun in the toilet. When I turned on the jets, a lot of black stuff came out. Obviously I don’t know exactly what it was, but I believe it was some sort of mold or fungus. We passed on the Jacuzzi.

We stayed 7 nights. Service was excellent, staffs was really nice and courteous, always ready to assist. Rooms were clean and modern. We loved breakfast and it included western and Laos cuisines. Definitely will stay there again next time we visit Laos.

Great place to stay. Beautiful hotel and always full. 100 meter to Mekong coast. Customer service are very helpful. The hotel restaurant have great menu. I loved their French onion soup. Have street parking but limited.

I stayed one night and ate at the lounge. It was enough to see that this is a beautiful, extremely pleasant place to stay. It was also terrific value (even being in SE Asia I was impressed with how cheap the food was, considering the quality) and I'll definitely go back there if I find myself in Vientiane again.

I had an incredible time during my recent stay at Salana Botique Hotel. The very warm staff offering genuine Lao hospitality and the relaxing ambiance of the venue made feel feel very much welcomed. The room was very comfortable and had a great view to soak in the beauty of Vientiane. It was so serene even though the more busy tourist spots were a short walk away. Really enjoyed my experience here and will return again.

Good atmosphere and well facilities, staff have good service mind, hotel location is great for finding eateries.

Very friendly service. Clean room, nice breakfast included. Shuttle service to/from airport. We hired their van to take us out to Budda Park. We watched Songkran action from their rooftop bar. Visiting Vietianne then this is an excellent place to stay at a very good value for the money.

Really lovely hotel. The passionfruit juice welcome drink was such a refreshing welcome after our hot trip to town. The staff are very helpful and professional. Room was really clean and modern and the bed was comfortable, especially compared to the hard ones that are standard around the region. Had a great stay and would definitely come back.

Well you have to give it a five star, centrally located to the centre of town and the river only a short walk for just about everything but one it is a little noisy or I have great hearing or the neighbours were a touch loud anyway I can live with that in other words not noisy enough to ring the reception as for the staff 5 stars as well and breakfast I’ve had better but and I say but for an Asian country it was great Laos is so underrated!

We have stayed here twice, the river view and family rooms are comfortable with large bathrooms. High point is having breakfast {and other meals} on the riverside.

The place is extremely clean and super cured. The ambient has a warm look thanks to the wooden furnitures. The staff is kind and sweet, always there to serve you with high level of politeness. The food was sublime, especially the mushroom soup! We went twice and I had the hamburger, good as well. The prices are just a little more expensive that the other restaurants but once in you will understand why :)

I went to the restaurant only. It is superlative. Try the mushrooms cream, excellent! Staff is super professional and friendly. Very centric and they paid lot of attention to details with furniture. Highly recommended.

Hotel is well located and very clean and quiet. The staff is very kind. In short the hotel where it should be when staying in Vientiane for the first time. Note : the staff at the spa is very nice but not quite formed.

Unpleasant experience Being a Business Development Manager and a Guest Relation Supervisor in a hotel we both are quite easy going guests enjoying the simple things being off the job. Unfortunately we made a very unpleasant experience not having hot water for nearly 2 days and being treated in a way I would have never dare to treat my guests and I am happy we never do! After the first day I kindly asked with a smile to fix the cold water problem. The problem was fixed half a day later, in between nobody took care of it and after the second request somebody was so kind to do. For few hours everything was working fine but the same situation appears again in the evening. In the middle of the night we were "upgraded" to a higher category where the AC had to be fixed for another 20 minutes after we moved up. The suggestion was to move down again, into the room with the cold water. Making some jokes knowing this is really bad luck we took it with a smile again (at least they were trying) though it did not feel comfortable at all. The biggest surprise we had next day trying to extend. They were not able to give us the same room (still broken? ) and tried to charge more for staying in the higher category (offering a 5 Dollar discount) though this was completely caused by the hotel.

We stayed for a night between flights. The hotel is very comfortable, had good service and is conveniently located close to the center. A good choice.

Great location near restaurants and convenience stores. Comfortable rooms, cable channels, smooth Wi-Fi, nice breakfast spread and helpful, friendly and warm service staff.

Cozy, top notch hotel with everything right in the center of Vientiane. Amazingly helpful, and always friendly staff. Take advantage of the airport shuttle, which ensures a very much worth it stress free arrival and departure.

I'm glad I ran into the restaurant. I came because L'Adresse de Tinay was closed, even though it was somewhere around 12 to 1 PM. We got the 5 dish course for two people and enjoyed everything. Filling too. Tasty herb-filled sausages, Laos salad (duck, I think), Tom Yum with squid, etc. Can't really go wrong with that in a nice setting. I'd like to try the French dishes later. It ended up being way better than what I later tasted at L'Adresse de Tinay.

Generally a very good hotel as it is just in the center of town. A bit noisy sometimes. Great services.

Very good location as near all the shopping areas including markets. Staff are nice and helpful. Aircon is noisy if you're going in the summer. Good for a 4 star place!

I had 2 nights in this hotel and it was great. Room is big and clean. Beautiful and detail decoration as well. Staffs are very friendly and speak good English. Breakfast is great too. I will only stay in this hotel everytime I am in Vientian.

Hmong Lao (Lao Soon) are notorious for $ 5000.00 Scam, avoid having lady in the rooms.

Great hotel in a very good location. Food in restaurant good including breakfast. Rooms comfortable, air-con worked, bathroom good. Excellent assistance with transport to and from airport and around the city. Staff very friendly and helpful. Would stay at this hotel again.
