Beautiful place, great food, the welcome was great and service superb.

Friendly service, good restaurant and bar, comfortable rooms. I will definitely stay here again if I’m fortunate enough to return to Nairobi.

The staff are amazing… the askari at the gate is welcome. Must be well trained. I'm so impressed as it is my first time here. The waiters are ready to help and are quick… I couldn't believe it. I want to come again.

One of the best hotels in Nairobi. Although not in central location, it is easily accessible via taxis or Uber. Beautifully decorated inside and rooms are amazingly stylish. Massive shower was the best for me. Mini bar in the room. I will definitely recommend it for both business and holiday.

I stayed there off and on for two weeks during a tour of the country. They provided luggage storage when my group left the area. The Wi-Fi was adequate, and the atmosphere and attitude of the staff was welcoming, and ready to assist with any issues. We ate at the carnivore restaurant one evening, and the hotel and restaurant provided transport… Over all they were very welcoming and provided a home away from home during my tour.

Was booked here after my flight was cancelled. From the rooms, food and service everything is excellent. I love it here.

Tasty fresh food with huge portions but the service was hideous at first, we waited 30mins to get the a menu and another 30 for our orders to be taken. I expected a smooth evening given that we had made our reservation 2days in advance. However, I give credit to the wait who finally attended to us, Morris he was a delight after the long waitand I will definitely come again.

Great ambience. Good food. I think the dining area is too lit, I. E. It's too bright. It's a good venue to dinner though, especially by the pool side. Maybe they could make the dining experience more intimate, more than just the food. I don't know how though.

Being South African, it takes a lot to please me on best hotels but this hotel blew me away. Best customer service. Staff were friendly and professional. Any issues raised were attended to immediately. From the outside the building looks average but the interior is breathtaking. The finishing is very modern with lively colours. My favourite is the buffet area — the most naturalistic art pieces, well put together. Even asked for the artist’s name and unfortunately, no one knew. It’s a beautiful hotel, very tranquil. I’ll definitely recommend it to anyone who is on holiday or business trip in Nairobi, Kenya. Keep it up!

I have traveled to Nairobi from India many times. This time I got the one day stay during transient to Tamarind Hotel. It's so good hotel and hospitality is up to the mark. The attractive hotel staff could not be lovelier or more willing to assist; all are polite and gracious – and enthusiastic about their jobs. The lobby and guest rooms in this sleek, modern, aesthetically-inspired hotel are immaculate. The beds and linens are heavenly. No bathtubs – but the powerful hot showers are terrific. Wi-Fi is free and strong. Food is excellent and Breakfast free of cost.

When it comes to service and delivery of it they are the best. You got to try out their burgers too… not that their other meals arent great as my friend had her birthday for 40 guests there also and got to try out their other meals and barbeque and it was perfect too.

Loved loved It. I was blown away by the interiors and colours of the hotel. Amazing staff, so humble and always ready to help! No doubt, the food is excellent! Conference option at the TTH is worth the experience. The Carnivore is the best part!
