Nice place to be… I have enjoyed my lunch at cafe kigwa… great service … served by clara.

They served poisoned vegetables on Christmas day 2020 after paying 3900 per person for 6 of us… those who ate the vegetables got very bad food poisoning.
that day Safaripark operated like a dingy club in the slums. They only cared for what they made not the customer!
Am done with this dingy place!

I have been ur customer in casino for Tha last 20yrs now, but Tha service is very poor in ur casino, the manager Mr muteti is very rude, and every waiter and workers in casino r all from the same tribe with Tha manager KAMBAS so ur complain is nothing to thm coz it has turned to b a family business, so upgrade b4 is too late.

I attended a scientific conference at Safaripark hotel. It is very ideal. For large conferences. Gorgeous landscape, great buffet breakfast with wide range of choices. Friendly staff and great conference facilities. I particularly enjoyed the gardens. The rooms are well maintained and internet is available in most places of this expansive hotel. The safari cats evening show was amazing. Although pricy, I would recommend the hotel for anyone who wants to spend more for quality stay and conferencing.

Wheelchair accessible. Large parking area. Wide array of services for both the business and leisure traveller. Decor abit dated though.

This hotel has that rustic look with a touch of the african heritage yet still remains plush!. The natural forest cover surrounding the hotel is simply serene.

Safari Park is still one of the Classics. I love the hotel in general. The staff were really friendly and the service was good.

Safari Park is a great hotel. They have friendly staff and very welcoming. Ordered from the Alacarte menu which has a wide variety of local dishes. Delicious food and really nice cocktails. One should definitely give the place a try.

Hotel is very nice rooms are good so is the breakfast buffet unfortunatly the Chinese restaurant well over priced with poor food and the Japanese resuarant very poor service and didn't get the food we ordered very disappointed as the rest of hotel is good.
