The hotel is beautiful, very friendly staff however the food served at the wedding was just flat. Didn't meet my expectations from what we had during food tasting!
Then again, poor planning.

Good and Safe to stay. Staff is friendly and cooperative and professional at the same time. Hotel doesn’t specify if they serve Halal food… and staff also seem to be not aware of this requirement for Muslim guests … which could be looked into. Rest is fine and good enough.

V nice hotel. I did my daughter 10 bday. They organized on poolside n gave pocket friendly package. Food was yummy n daughter s friend enjoyed a lot. Great service with excellent ambience.

I'd give the hotel 3 stars. The food is awesome and the place is beautiful but being let down by incompetent staff. I don't understand how I ordered a certain wine on the wine list then the bar man calls to say its not in stock only to hang up before I finish talking to him then comes with a wine almost double the price what I had ordered. Doesn't even tell me the price till the wine is opened and served already.

I really enjoyed the services they are quite commendable and staffs they are very lovely.

I cannot praise the staff at this hotel enough. Throughout our stay they were fantastic but they went above and beyond the call of duty on our final morning when our driver failed to arrive to transfer us to the airport for our morning flight back to Australia. After contacting our tour provider for us on a number of occasions when they realised that we may indeed miss our flight they organised for the hotel driver to transfer us. Two very stressed travellers were able to make their flight with no time to spare due to the professional and caring manner in which the staff looked after us. Ensuring the whole of our trip left us with only happy memories of the beautiful country and people.

It's 5 star establishment with a 3 star mentality. There was loud music in the pub just below my room. The food is good but nothing out of this world though. The staff is really friendly.

I drove around the CBD and then Westlands on Monday night looking for a place to eat and found none until a guard directed me to you. It was midnight when I showed up hungry and expecting to be sent away because of the time. Luckily, I wasn't (which is good because I was two minutes away from dying from starvation).
I had the best chicken soup (with Chinese spices) and boy did it warm my insides! The mashed potatoes and grilled chicken breasts was also good. But the waiter! He was exceptional! He was kind, accommodating and helpful. He even rubbed mosquito repellent on me when the suckers started terrorizing me. Such excellent service is hard to come by. I'm so sorry I forgot his name. Please tell him thank you again. He's a good man.

This hotel has a 5-star outfit but is more 3-star in demeanor. The meals are quite ordinary. The star staff is super-friendly, but a tad slow.

This is a good place for your comfort you will fill at home by meeting the friendly group team members in hospitality. We expect to give more experience by expanding and changing the Company name from Hotel Royal Orchid to Azure Hospitality group under the excellent leadership of our Board of directors.

A decent hotel with modern amenities, like free Wi-Fi, card entry, average size of room, good restaurant which primary serves Indian buffet, but the bathroom design is bad with translucent glass serves as door to washroom. Very cramped design.

This hotel is quite the marvel, friendly guests, superb interior and in general, amazing rooms and a great ambience. The room service was Superman, literally. A place I'd come back to a million and one times over.

Nice place. Well managed. Staff is bit slow but helpful. Food menu is excellent… Masai gentleman at the reception can be considered as the visiting card of the place, lady at the transport desk is very helpful, Indian Chef is very cool too. Excellent deal.

I only stayed at this hotel for one night. I enjoyed the spa & the massage, the room service that made me some amazing vegan food, breakfast buffet with plenty of fruit and vegetarian dishes, the friendly driver that took me to the airport next morning.
Areas of improvement: speed at the reception desk. Maybe hire an extra person to help out?
