Nairobi Hotels

The Location was paramount and Swift for me. The Atmosphere was Tranquil, Peaceful & Breathtaking. I went with My young Toddler they were helpful right from the entrance to room.

Charming large hotel that keeps it's cozy, friendly and yet very professional atmosphere.

Hey there. My stay at Kempinski was just amazing.

The staff is so lovely and the service was superb. Anne welcomed us and gave us great recommendations and feel right at home.

We had a relaxing room in the main building with a very comfortable king bed. Attached was a good-sized lounge and furnished deck, both of which were made use of during the several days we were there.

Our stay at Palacina – The Residence & Suites in Nairobi was nothing short of exceptional.

We had a wonderful 2 nights stay at Deerpark. It is a small beautiful boutique hotel in a very quiet and secure neighborhood where you can take walks and even bike rides.

This is the best place where you can stay in Nairobi — which is in a really secured and nice neighborhood.

The staff are the nicest staff I have ever encountered, very accommodating and welcoming. The check in and check out were just the click of a mouse no delay whatsoever.

The hotel is outstanding, with truly five-star service from a wonderful team. The spa and food are excellent, the rooms were super clean and modern.

Is it possible to book in advance via expedia. I have seen a review here where a client was denied despite having already paid for it or do you advice to pay cash upfront.

It's a very good place to have an accomodation while in Nairobi.

I truly enjoyed my 3 nights staycation here and I was very impressed by their services and fresh food from the most.

Loved the Place like crazy. Nature lovers can't leave this stay. Rooms are good staff are good. Dinner and breakfast is delicious. Kitchen team impressed with great cooking skill. Delicious items.

Located off Murang'a Road in Nairobi's Ngara West area, Pearl Palace Hotel offers a comfortable and affordable stay close to the city center.

This is the one of the best hoteln in Ngara, here in Nairobi Kenya.

A wonderful time in Kenya comfort hotel, friendly staff and delicious food, I would definitely visit again.

What a fantastic place. If you appreciate how well buildings were built in the past then this is the place for you.
The room was great and everything was in order.
Restaurant vibes and service was OK.

Amazing stay. Rooms were spotless and the breakfast was worth waking up for. Terrific service.

Good for the price. They are not responsive via chat or call at all, but when I arrived I could check in as there was a girl in the desk after midnight.

Nice, decent. A bit dated in terms of design but worth the price and stay was Quality.

Eka Hotel provides comfort and security you would wish to get. The cost is accurate to the services. Proud to have spent three nights.

This hotel is a real gem!

I booked this hotel intentionally to be close to the airport. Haven't checked into my room yet but I am confident I wont be disappointed. The service in their Restaurant is impeccable.

Very amazing hospitality by works at all levels starting from the gate, front desks, house keepers, canteen workers managers. They are very welcoming, supportive, friends, etc.

When I arrived, the staffs kept saying welcome home and I realized why during my stay. The staff were so hospitable. I felt a sincere warmth from them and it made my entire stay beautiful.

I stayed at the hotel in a short time as a guest in November 2025, and had the opportunity to try the local culinary specialties, and I must say that I was completely satisfied.

Amazing services from the reception… especially Maryjane with a warm smile and willingness to assist… Joyce assisted me with my luggage and Joan. Betty and Ruth also were very kind.

We had an unbelievable stay at Ololo.
First and foremost, the staff are exceptional.

The recent stay at Ololo Lodge was absolutely fantastic from start to finish.

I stayed here with my husband and our two children, and I couldn’t be more grateful! The service was absolutely wonderful. Everyone was LOVELY, always smiling and ready to help.

1000/10 🥰
Truly home away from home. The hotel was one of major highlight of my trip to Nairobi. The environment is safe and secure, the staff are were helpful in every way we needed.

A big thank you to Rosemary and Team for looking after a large group of visitors recently attending a wedding. The rooms are large, clean and comfortable and have all the amenities for a lengthy stay.

We enjoyed the experience for the new year. The fireworks display was awesome. Very professional staff.

The service was exceptional and the staff went above and beyond. We had an event and all my guests were impressed with the location, setup and above all the food was delicious.

This was a great location for our event as it was private and beautifu. The service was beyond superb. We had sufficient staff to wait on us and they did a great job with the deco.

Our experience at Ulwazi Place was truly exceptional.

I had an amazing experience at Ulwazi Hotel. Everything was absolutely perfect—from the warm welcome at reception to the comfort of the rooms.

Had the most amazing deep tissue massage with Caroline! V peaceful setting and great service, I would definitely book again. V talented masseuse, just right amount of pressure and softness.

A secluded serviced apartment featuring a heated pool. It’s perfect for anyone learning to swim and looking for a private space to practice away from judgmental eyes.

Perfect ambience, food, service. 10/10 will definitely visit again. The manager is also very professional. 💯 You won't be disappointed. ❤️❤️

Mr Kimanthi and the team were very welcoming and the services offered were top notch, always acting fast upon any requests.

Lovely intimate place. Great service and I loved the word search game on the tables, unique and interesting.

Very good restaurant and excellent meals! I celebrated my birthday there. Despite the problem with electricity that day, everything went smoothly, the food was very tasty and the service was good.

The rooms were clean, the breakfasts, were good, the price was affordable. It was close enough to the city but away from the hustle bustle of it. Quiet and peaceful.

This was my landing place upon arriving in Kenya after a 14h flight.
Couldn't dream of a better place. Family spirit, extremely reliable and trustworthy staff, discreet and yet friendly.
