It was a very beautiful and sweet experience been here quiet rooms clean, friendly staff good bar.

Food portions too small especially if you Ala carte order any sea food!

The night club on the roof blasted music until 3:45 am. Even with earplugs and a pillow over my head I got no sleep and my one day in Nairobi to visit the park was ruined. I also tried to arrange room service to get a nice meal before I left explicitly stating a time and the food did not get there until I had to check out. The staff were very sweet and kind, but I left sleep deprived, stressed, and starving.

Loved it Loved it! This place at its best in many aspects. Events hosting, conferencing, cocktails to mention but a few. When I visited, you could tell all the way from the gate that the people here are always waiting for their guests. The courteousness and politeness with which they give services here is way above amazing. It feels content when you spend your money at such a place. I will come again, now for bigger things.

Excellence at it's best. Right from the entrance all through my time here, I was very well taken care of and all needs well met. Awesome food and very courteous staff. This is one place I would visit over and over again.

I cannot recommend this place to anybody given the treatment I have received so far from the banqueting and conferencing team. Lack of customer service, mishandling of customers and very poor feedback to customer complaints! I have used the facility severally, though it's of good standard. The staff have acted very reluctant to respond genuine issues with their service. What a pity! I wish more people would take customer care seriously in this country. Never going back and can not recommend conference facilities to anyone.

Always a good place to visit. The rooms are very good. Services are good. Food is good. But the pricing is a bit high. The roof top bar is a very good place hang out and has a fantastic view. Generally highly recommended.

Great Rooftop Restaurant — the view is absolutely stunning. Great selection of food — not a lot of range for vegetarians. There is a buffet option. Swimming pool on deck. There's a bar as well. Reasonably priced. Music is good, especially at night — can get quite busy. There is also a restaurant downstairs. I believe there is babysitting, but you would have to ask at the entrance desk Good parking space as well.

Very disappointed with their service on Tuesday evening on 15 May. I came in at around 7pm to have dinner with my friend who staying over at your hotel. For some reason her phone wasn’t going through and I asked reception to call her for me. The lady at the desk asked me to have a sit. Which I did, then Gideon came to ask me whether I was there to stay for the night or visit a friend. I asked him to repeat the question because he wasn’t clear. I told him I was there to see a friend and have dinner with her. I observed that other guests walked in, a Minister, two Caucasians at separate times, two men and None was asked whether they were staying over, even one sat next to me waiting for a guest. After my dinner with my friend. I decided to go seek clarification before raising a complaint whether what —Gideon said was something lost in translation or real. He ascertained that his supervisor had asked him to establish if I was staying over. I sounded to him that if I wanted to stay over I would have checked my self in and paid, I also noted that I was the only guest who had been stopped and questioned. The only female for that matter given all the other guests were male. Four points —what on 15th night is blatant discrimination and profiling. I demand an apology.

The ambience is perfect. I went there for a networking event and loved the detail at the bar. Warm lighting, soothing jazz music and delicious food. Friendly reception as well.

Nice hotel in the outskirts of the CBD. Busy road though. Plenty of parking whether for residents or conference guests. Food was great and so was the service. I was there for a half day conference, but I've been there before for a social gathering at the rooftop lounge and it was great too.

Nice uptown reception and conference meeting points. Well spaced parking. Good security. Nice assortment of well prepared Cheff meals. Great ambience.

It is a very beautiful structure, good rooms, good meal and close to my conference location. A little pricey though.

Have a spectacular view of Nairobi from the roof top restaurant and enjoy a swim in heated rooftop swimming pool. Feel like a royale!

Clean, well-maintained. Everything works. Awesome view of the city from the rooftop & 'cornerpiece' rooms. Lively rooftop bar & lounge with limited yet tasty cuisine.

They have great customer service. The place is calm and I would definitely recommend it for a night out or even for official meeting.

Clean and tidy. I like the bar setup and restaurant on 7th floor. The rooftop swimming pool is awesome with a good view of Nairobi.

Place is great! Super modern. Excellent staff. Free shuttles to the airport. Prices are a bit high but price is what you pay and value is what you get and after being in East Africa for 21-days this hotel had the best service!

Great breakfast and good service I have also managed to dine at eighth level beside the rooftop pool. The view is magnificent.

The rooftop bar is well designed interior decor, good food and service. Enjoy while watching your favorite teams play.

My husband and I checked in on our wedding day for a 2 night stay to start off honeymoon. Everything from the minute we stepped out of our car to the beautiful set up prepared for our wedding night, the super pleasant staff, all the lovely facilities, we are definately coming back soon.

Went for date-night at Level 8. Loved it. The view is magnificent. The place is not crowded and the food is amazing. We also liked the service offered. It was an amazing date and we did not even want to leave.

A 3 star hotel. Renovated and trying to pose as a Sheraton. Toooo expensive for the service they provide. A one time experience to forget. Clean and acceptable lodging but that is the only plus. Location is not ideal but this is subjective. Good is humble only breakfast was good. For the price they charge, go somewhere else that is worth your money. Would go again though if the price goes down by like 30%

The food at Level8 was OK if massively overpriced, the menu is very misleading so was not happy about that, but the service was absolutely terrible. The rooftop restaurant /bar has potential but my experience soured me to that place.

Rooftop bar is wow with a good view of the city. The most exciting thing there again is the four peals bear courtesy of Best brews. A wonderful place to be.

Very secure location of you are looking for accommodation … the next building also had furnished apartments which are very affordable.

It's a nice hotel. All amenities you expect to find are covered and the rooftop bar is nice and well stocked plus occasionally there are decent parties by the pool.

The rooftop and Level8 bar have exquisite views of the Nairobi skyline. It's a perfect spot for sundowners and a relaxed afternoon or evening meal. Liquor and drinks are pricey, I guess incomes with the establishment. But the food is delectably good and the service is efficient. I'd recommend the filling lamb shawarma.

They have great ambience, the food is fantastic and customer sevice unrivaled amongst its peers and a great conference facility.

The food was great. But the service was absolute nonsense. Had the Tagliatelle at Pablo's which was a bit bland for my taste but the wasabi fillet steak was amazeballs. The supervisors were attentive but I think they can do better with their wait staff. At level 8 we had to wait 10 minutes before a staff came to take our order (it was not a busy night) and after that another 15 probably. We left before the order came. I'd only go back for the food.

Chicken wings at the lower ground restaurant are everything. Order that and some wine and their skinny fries and you are set :-)

Not well maintained bedroom and bathroom; stained carpet. It is a rather sad surprise to see this at a Best Western PREMIER. I would have expected more.

My organization went for its Christmas lunch on 15th December. The ambience at the rooftop was wonderful; food was cold and did not meet the standards we had hoped — but most disturbing was the fact that on arrival, some staff were informed that there were 3 bottles of liquor specifically reserved for the party — of which, they partook and made merry. Back in the office, the staff were confused when management presented the bill of 25K to the staff to settle whilst providing proof of email instructions given to the hotel that "no alcohol was to be served at the lunch". All efforts to resolve the misunderstanding with the hotel management fell on deaf ears. Staff were left confused as to why the hotel acted contrary to instructions given leaving staff feeling cheated/duped. The hotel did not act in good faith.

Clean, modern, spacious. Some of the room furniture was uncomfortable and the water temperature, while warm, was inconsistent making an exciting shower experience! Restaurant is a little too expensive but good food.

Quite a nice place attended a private meeting and liked the place. Would recommend the roodtop facilities.

This would have been a 5 star rating had it not been for a number of staff members at the hotel. The location, rooms and facilities are excellent, even though the roof top pool was under construction. However, on the evening of July 11th 2014, I was subjected to an amazing level of incompetence that left me an hour late for meeting. The security staff allowed several cars to block my car in and when this was pointed to them there was a level of unconcern that forced me to demand to see the manager. Neither the security/parking staff or the front desk manager, Godwin, seemed blissfully unconcerned and only to eager to foist blame on any but themselves. No solution was sought until the evening manager Mr Felix Omondi came to the rescue. Despite it being the end of his day he took the time and effort to personally look for the individual car owners to take care of this matter. He choose not to delegate and as such illustrated the matter was of concern to him. What a pity Mr Omondi is forced to work with Godwin and his ilk and that they choose not to follow his example of service and concern. The 3rd star is only due to Mr Omondi's efforts! If you're staying here and have an issue, look him up, he'll actually deal with it.
