Perfect location, right in the heart of Lamu Old Town, everything is within walking distance. Phillip is always around, super helpful and kind, which really makes a difference. The rooms are simple but clean, and for the price, it’s honestly hard to beat in Lamu.
Only downside: it gets a bit hot in the room, so maybe adding an extra fan would help. But overall, I was really happy with my stay. Great value for money. I definitely recommend it if you’re looking to explore Lamu on a budget.

Arrived after sunset.
1500 double.
Disappointing…
Very neglected, small and dirty bathroom, matress soft and very old, bedsheet too small and full of big holes…
We have seen 3 different rooms and took the one with bathroom inside…
Of course we left next morning.
Changed to Al-reidy. You find that on booking. Com.
It's difficult to find reasonably priced places in Lamu nowadays…
Overtourism will spoil it like Zansibar.
