Breakfast is good with your pastries. The room is normal, there is a robe. But the rooms are so hot that it's very dry. Peeled the tangerine, and after 2 hours the crusts are already dry : (

Our visit to The Best Western Plus Astana was a great experience! First off it is situated in a very central location that made it easy for us to travel around the beautiful city. Sohan and the rest of the staff made us feel at home which made for a very special experience! If a high level of customer service and comfort are very important factors for you than I highly recommend a stay at the Best Western Plus Astana. I will definitely be staying there when I return.

Astana city centre, very nice hotel, in the planning of the beautiful row of buildings, near walking distance to music fountain.

I travel 3/4 of the year for business needs and this is the first time I leave the hotel absolutely furious. This is cheap, not deserving any single star, awful place. Everything there has a touch of belt-tightening: rooms are small and uncomfortable, food is poor, gym is lost somewhere on the second floor that looks like a closet. I left this place one week before planned and they still didn't reimburse me my money for this cancelled week. Unbelievable.

Helpful english speaking staff, confortable rooms, good restaurant. The Sechuan lamb with Chinese cabbage was excellent. The drought beer also. The underground parking lot was also OK. If I ever will go back to Astana I will go here again.

Beautiful tidy rooms with good service, sometimes feels very warm as the central aircon is switched off during winter.

Amazing staff made sure my guests had the best experience during their stay in Astana. I want to express my gratitude to manager Mira, who helped organizing everything perfectly. Hotel is quite new, the breakfast on the 2nd floor is superb. Overall, great deal hotel, considering price and it's convenient location right at the city centre, with shopping malls, coffee shops nearby.

Beyond expectations. The room is new and clean. It is not big but is very cozy. You can open the window so the ventilation is good. The shower is also stronger than most of the others. The staffs are very nice and helpful with fluent English. The location is also very good, next to major malls and tourist attractions. However, the breakfast is very small and average. So do not waste your money on that.

Receptionist treats foreign citizens “higher” than locals, her face was such ridiculously changed when switched from foreigner to me. Service is very low and factitiously. WC doors were always closed on the second floor. Do not recommend.
