Good afternoon! Stayed at the hotel for the first time. The room was clean and the breakfast was good. If it were not for one moment, the day before the check out the girl at the front desk began to tell you that the maid had complained of a dirty towel from my room which she could not wash, supposedly it must be sent to a super dry cleaner and supposedly I should pay the fine. I was so confused. Face it for the first time. A large hotel and speaks of a small towel for the face. Hours at 11.00 The day comes SMS notification about the withdrawal of money from the card of this hotel. Eyes hardly climbed on the forehead. Started calling, figuring it out.
