I have stayed at this hotel many times whilst it was under Marriott management and it was fine.
Under Sulo management it is noticeably better.

Excellent hotel at a reasonable price. There was a bit of an odor nuisance due to the sewage in our shower. One good thing about the hotel is their laundry service which is cheap.

The hotel is more like a hotel house. There is a separate kitchen with all amenities. The staff is polite and will always explain and help.

In general everything is fine, but at the arrival there was some confusions and misunderstandings regarding room providence.

Located outside Aktau city, Rixos Aktau is a beautiful 5 star all inclusive hotel on the Caspian Sea with plenty of bars and restaurants.

Very good hotel. Rooms are comfortable, halls are a bit outdated, breakfast is Ok.

I recently stayed at Holiday Inn Aktau and had a wonderful experience. The location is fantastic, situated right near the seashore.

I really like it, it’s not the first time I’ve stopped. Clean, quiet, safe. The room is spacious, without any frills, but the price is inexpensive.

The hotel is clean and comfortable. Very comfortable beds. The rooms are large, spacious, and have a wonderful kitchen. Always something baked for breakfast. Garden. And access to the sea.

Rooms are spacious lots of windows. Clean comfortable bed. There’s a restaurant across the street but we used Yandex to get around.

Very friendly staff and clean room, had a great view of caspian sea.

The hotel is clean and cozy. But the breakfasts are not quite right. They need to be improved. There are no fruits or pastries. The selection is very limited. It's really like an economy class.

Everything is great location not far service is great rooms also liked everything.

The superior suite meets all requirements. It's a large, spacious room with luxurious furnishings, a large bed, and a fireplace that was impressive. It's clean.

Older but clean hotel in an excellent location on Aktau's main street.

I was at the Mandarin Hotel in Aktau city for the competition (starting from 04/07/24), I really liked the hotel.

We had a very pleasant stay at Miramar Apart Hotel in Aktau. We booked via Booking. Com for one night and were very impressed with the sheer size of the furnished apartment we we’re given.

We chose this hotel with our friends for a relaxing summer getaway. Its proximity to the beach is a plus, but the sea isn't very suitable for swimming.

Everything is super, I really liked it, it’s clean, nice, the breakfast is delicious, the staff is polite, I recommend it 👍, there’s a supermarket nearby, the sea is not far away.

Great hotel for a restful night's sleep and a few nights in the city.
But Wi-Fi practically doesn’t work.

I'm writing this review a few months later, which I've kept in my Heart for nine months. I recommend anyone traveling through Aktau to stay in Grand Nur Plaza Hotel.

5* class hotel. Totally matches the stars. The rooms are comfortable, the staff is pleasant. Convenient location in the city center.

5/5 with the price considered. Definite value for money. Of course, the location is far, though there is a large supermarket a few minutes walk away and you're a little closer to the train station.

The hostel is good, the room is clean. We arrived early, I didn't know that check-in starts at 2 pm already.
