I have stayed at this hotel many times whilst it was under Marriott management and it was fine.
Under Sulo management it is noticeably better.

In general everything is fine, but at the arrival there was some confusions and misunderstandings regarding room providence.

Located outside Aktau city, Rixos Aktau is a beautiful 5 star all inclusive hotel on the Caspian Sea with plenty of bars and restaurants.

Very good hotel. Rooms are comfortable, halls are a bit outdated, breakfast is Ok.

I recently stayed at Holiday Inn Aktau and had a wonderful experience. The location is fantastic, situated right near the seashore.

I really like it, it’s not the first time I’ve stopped. Clean, quiet, safe. The room is spacious, without any frills, but the price is inexpensive.

The hotel is clean and comfortable. Very comfortable beds. The rooms are large, spacious, and have a wonderful kitchen. Always something baked for breakfast. Garden. And access to the sea.

I was at the Mandarin Hotel in Aktau city for the competition (starting from 04/07/24), I really liked the hotel.

Very friendly staff. Basic dorm with bathroom. 5min walking to the center. Highly recommended:)

We had a very pleasant stay at Miramar Apart Hotel in Aktau. We booked via Booking. Com for one night and were very impressed with the sheer size of the furnished apartment we we’re given.

We chose this hotel with our friends for a relaxing summer getaway. Its proximity to the beach is a plus, but the sea isn't very suitable for swimming.

Everything is super, I really liked it, it’s clean, nice, the breakfast is delicious, the staff is polite, I recommend it 👍, there’s a supermarket nearby, the sea is not far away.

Great hotel for a restful night's sleep and a few nights in the city.
But Wi-Fi practically doesn’t work.

I'm writing this review a few months later, which I've kept in my Heart for nine months. I recommend anyone traveling through Aktau to stay in Grand Nur Plaza Hotel.

5* class hotel. Totally matches the stars. The rooms are comfortable, the staff is pleasant. Convenient location in the city center.

The hotel is located in a house, one entrance is a hotel (the apartments were turned into a hotel). The rooms are good, warm, there is hot water (but no hairdryer).

Convenient location, parking on site, breakfasts included in the price. The rooms are spacious, have air conditioning, internet and TV.

Green is located in the third microdistrict. It's a fifteen minute walk to the sea. The hotel is clean, although the rooms are certainly old-fashioned. So the impressions are positive.
