Booked a transfer from the airport at 19 o'clock. Calling in 19.30 to the hotel, then they only sent the driver. The hotel arrived at 20.30. The room ordered simple, it does not even have a glass. As always in the style of the Park Inn… The rooms are not large but cozy. In one style. Very friendly staff. Breakfast is very good. There is everything you need in walking distance. Shops, places for walks. You can see the sights by ordering a taxi. By the way also at the reception will help to do it.

The Radisson is good, which is OK for chain hotels. He's like McDuck — don't expect a special soul, but you'll get your own.

Great Hotel
The hotel is very suitable for leisure and business visits. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Very clean, for smokers guests are allocated an entire floor. Very cozy and well equipped fitness center. The location is great.

Were in January 2017year. There were 2 rooms. One overlooked the street Sary-Arka very dulo from the window (the curtain was raised). So the room was cold. There was water in the shower. The other room overlooked the courtyard, it was warmer. And there were no problems with the shower. The internet is good. The breakfast was varied. Everyone found something to eat. Overall the location of the hotel is very convenient.

Very good hotel in Astana. Perfect breakfast, clean rooms and all what's needed for business traveller. This time found a very strange situation. Somebody who constructed the wardrobe was a bit stupid: see how "perfectly" my trousers are put there :) There is not enough space there!

Unreasonable high cost of the rooms is combined with incredible nonsense, which is seldom to be expected in hotels of this network. For example, the window can be closed on the screws, and at 4 am you can easily Wake up the prostitutes. At the same time for two cups of coffee at the bar you can pay the same amount per room per night at a Radisson in Europe.

Very modern and new. Staff all speak a good level of English. Rooms nice, and plenty if power sockets — even by the bed — handy for charging your phone.
