The hotel is located on the airport side, in a residential complex, however, between public transport stops. About 2 kilometers from the city center.
Quite tasty, plentiful, hearty breakfasts: porridge, yogurt, fried eggs or omelette, bread, butter, tea or coffee.
Excellent comfortable bed, mosquito nets on the windows, TV and air conditioning. The room is spacious and clean, including the bathroom.
There is no refrigerator in the room, but you can use the refrigerator at the reception.
Clean room. Cleaning on request.
Excellent friendly hotel staff. All issues that arose were resolved quickly and efficiently. They helped with advice.

Clean, modern hotel. Delicious breakfast. Not far from the airport.

Great hotel! The room is large, everything is clean, the girls help with everything, they brought steaming teas and a kettle, they saved provisions so that everything would remain intact on a long journey, convenient location, it was easy to park the car, everything was accessible both on foot and it was easy to get around by car! We'll be happy to come to Astana!

Simple but tasty breakfast. Scrambled eggs or omelet, fluffy and airy. Milk porridge, oatmeal or rice, is always hot and very tasty (I'm a fan). Toast with butter and cheese. Coffee or tea.
Comfortable bed, small room size — single but with a double bed. What I liked most was the good elastic mattress. It was very comfortable to sleep. The room is clean, there is a bathrobe and towel. A minor minus (but very important for me), the shower head holder is broken. You won't be able to stand comfortably in the shower; you have to hold the watering can in your hand.
Clean room. But no cleaning was done in 4 days. It's summer outside, so it's not particularly critical for me.
Special thanks to the girls at the reception. Attentive and always friendly. If there were requests, they always met.

The location of the hotel is in a quiet area. Fast Wi-Fi.
There was no cleaning in the room, they only removed the trash and changed the towels upon request. There was also dust on the surfaces, and in the bathroom on the floor there was generally black hair in the corners.
About breakfast. There is no buffet. There are only 2 menus, which alternate every other day: oatmeal porridge and omelet, rice porridge and scrambled eggs. Tea or coffee of your choice. That's all.

It was my first time in this hotel. Very pleasant experience. Clean, comfortable, newly renovated, pleasant atmosphere. There is everything for a comfortable stay, good breakfast. Issue reporting documents. Very affordable price compared to what's nearby!

Delicious hearty homemade breakfasts. There was always porridge, an egg dish, cheese, vegetables, bread, sausage, yogurt, butter, tea or coffee to choose from.
Service at a high level. They respond quickly in messengers. The issue of early check-in and late check-out was promptly resolved. The receptionists are always friendly and polite.
Convenient location.
In my opinion, excellent value for money.
Unfortunately, Wi-Fi did not work on the floor or in the room. At all. They said that there had been a storm before and something had broken. In 3 days this problem was not fixed.
The room was cold, but the heater was a great help.

But the shower head in room 201 needs to be changed — water is gushing in all directions.

Good location, good price, good area, normal breakfast, they have drinking water on the corridor, but there are three disadvantages in this hotel (1) bath shower mixer tap & shower kit was broken, (2) electric outlet plugs are not enough, (3) rooms are small, (4) no hangers for clothes in the shelves.

Pros: great price, pleasant staff, clean, crisp bed linen, hard and not sagging mattress, comfortable pillows, thick curtains, good breakfast, bathrobes and slippers included. The hotel is committed to environmentally friendly solutions, so there is soap in dispensers and water in a dispenser on the floor.
Of the minuses: stairs (no elevator) — it will be difficult to climb with a heavy suitcase, sound insulation is weak, coat hanger is very high, there are no sockets next to the bed, sockets were only found near the TV, tired shower head.
I can’t objectively assess the location, it doesn’t seem bad, but I used a taxi and didn’t walk there.

I stayed there for just a one night. Two receptionists that I met were nice and really helpful to navigate around. The room was clean, the only one weird thing is that there’s no soundproof at all. You can here a whisper in the next room 😬😬😬
By the way, there’s a boiler with drinking water on each floor, which I really appreciated :)

A cozy almost family hotel located near the center. The service is quite acceptable, the girls from the staff are simply wonderful. You can write a song about the breakfasts included in the price) ) — although they don’t spoil you with variety, they are tasty and satisfying.
The only noted drawback is poor sound insulation of the rooms. I recommend.

Pretty much close to downtown Astana with excellent and friendly personnel who will ensure your fast check in and out as your luggage storage if needed. We knew when we book that rooms are a little small and no elevator available but we didn't care.

A small boutique hotel located in a residential building. It has a separate entrance. It's very simple: no magnetic locks (room doors are quite old), no bars, no even bottle water in rooms. A bath tube instead of a shower cabin. Rooms are clean, and look like new. A hotel has generous breakfasts. 👍 In terms of money value — great!

Clean rooms, friendly personen, they were able to prepare as food at 10 pm.

Nice place. There are some misconceptions like no power sockets near the bed and no master switch near the bed, but for that price everything's awesome.
