Long Story short: no one speak english, dont know anything, shower is Broken, no Soap anywhere, many doors and lockers Broken. Huge safety gap since front door is Open 24 hrs, even though no one is at the reception. Someone stole our phones from our bed in the middle of the night while we were sleeping. Hostel doesnt even say sorry and dont see themselve as part responsible. Dont Go there, its not safe at All! Better to pay 3$ more and go to 'Almaty backpacker'
