It's a nice hotel. Was in the room for 2. Most importantly there are rooms for smokers.

Very friendly, helpful staff. Breakfast is standard but a live cook stands ready to take your custom order and makes a standard breakfast a delight. Location has some problems with traffic but most destinations in the city center are an easy taxi drive away and on a nice day a pleasant walk. Botanical garden just a short walk away. Located immediately adjacent to the main trade exhibition center but even when at capacity doesn't seem too crowded. All night Elephant restaurant a hallway walk away winter or summer and very convenient. Top floor rooms have nice views of the mountains and very quiet even though near the center of the city.

The perfect place to stay, both family and youth! Near the park is great with a lovely view of the mountains! Also we got to the exhibition of goods from China! Have discovered a lot of interesting, have practiced their Chinese communicating with Chinese businessmen! I liked it!

The Master class of Igor Ryzov was held on April 13. Business class hotel. All organized at the highest level-technicians, cooks. The Hall was prepared as we needed, there were no cufflinks. This hotel hosted the Conference of the Association of Landscapers of Kazakhstan. The conference room is spacious, equipped with an interactive screen, a presidium, a spacious foyer. Terrible! The legacy of Soviet-level maintenance and repair in the rooms — this is only the beginning! The complaint was that the room was OK was told that is not heating season) ) ) they say there's no need to remove outer clothing in the room, it's warmer and softer bed.

Clean and spacious rooms. Very nice and helpful staff. Most of them are very young but eager to help. The Wi-Fi in the room was very good (sometimes up to 8 MB/s — quite good for a hotel)

Overall it's a good hotel, great location, nice room and bathroom, spacious and clean. It would be necessary to redo the bathroom with style and more modern and efficient accessories. The staff is a bit closed, not inclined to help customers solve problems and satisfy requests. The biggest problem is that the staff speaks only Russian or Kazakh. Only 1 in 10 people speaks broken English. Bad for a structure close to the Fair!

It's was no so good. Bathroom — Shower do not worked. Light switch — When I turned ON light, it beat me with an electric shock, all time, it's was terrible fo me. : (After breakfest, I had problems with my stomach.

A great place for business travel, participation in exhibitions, as well as for families. The hotel is situated in a parkland area Atakent Exhibition Centre (former VDNKH of the KAZAKH SSR), near promenades, water park, botanical garden. For sports enthusiasts there is a fitness centre. Location-upper part of the city, clean air.

The location is good, rooms are comfortable, but the prices are inflated.

We stayed at this hotel as part of our efforts to adopt two boys from this part of the world. We booked our reservations through a travel agency. My understanding is that best western told the travel agency that we could have no more than 2 people in each room, which caused us to have to book 4 rooms. When we arrived at the hotel, we were notified by hotel staff that this was not the case and we were allowed to occupy just 3 rooms. When we checked out, we found that we had still been charged for all four rooms! neither best western nor the travel agency will do anything to rectify this. We relied on them, they gave us what turned out to be faulty info, and we have to pay for it. Seems to me to be quite unfair, bordering on dishonest. additionally, we were blessed to complete our adoption process a day early, and therefore left Almaty a day early. But best western still charged us for all four rooms for the day we weren't there. Although I understand their terms and conditions, to me this seems quite unempathetic. we are done with best western.

Recently stayed at the Best Western Atakent Park Hotel. The Reception arrival was smooth with welcome drinks. Breakfast was very impressive with fresh and dried fruits, vegetables and breads. The cleaning staff were very considerate. The Chief Chef went out of way to provide vegetarian choices of our needs. The hotel's location is an advantage. There are malls, money changers located within 100 meters. Overall, the hotel was clean, comfortable with a convenient location and very efficient and welcoming staff.

Very bad. Don't thoughtful. Coffee diluted up to color of tea.
