I had a wonderful experience at Mitsui Garden Hotel Sendai. I would especially like to thank Mr. Yuka at the front desk for his exceptional assistance.

We had an excellent stay at Mitsui Garden Hotel Sendai. The rooms have been recently renovated — modern, clean, and nicely laid out.

Hotel is located within walking distance from Sendai station. Even with luggage there wasnt much issue to get there.

Twin room as quite small for family with big kids, but the price is very good. So overall still value for money.

Took the family room with a sea view, the view is fantastic. The open public baths are big and well maintained.

We stayed here for 2 nights in 2 rooms with sea-view, and very much enjoyed it. The view from the huge rooms is absolutely stunning, especially at sunset and sunrise.

Great hotel. There are over 100 rooms here but the hotel always felt calm and quiet. The room was compact but loved the Japanese style and it was fully equipped.

Actually the location is prime, near the shopping arcade, the centre of Sendai imo.

I want to especially praise the concierge team at The Westin Sendai. They are exceptional. Any queries I submitted, either through the Bonvoy app or at the front desk, were handled promptly.

The check in process was great and the gentleman from Nepal has outstanding customer service. The executive lounge is outstanding service provided to loyal customers.

This hotel truly was super.

I used it to watch SUPER GT. There are no hotels near the circuit, so you have to choose between going to Sendai city or staying in Akiu Onsen town even though it's more expensive, but I chose this

I loved my stay! I want the owners to adopt me as their granddaughter. They were so kind and fun. My room was perfect and the onsen was lovely. I hope to come back again.

The owners are the absolutely friendliest people we met our entire trip in Japan. They’re so cheerful and have 2 absolutely adorable doggos. Their joy is infectious and really made our stay memorable.

Value for money choice! The bathroom is good, the best ever in Washington hotel brand so far. Location is very good. Close to the Sendai asaichi market, nice restaurant nearby too.

It’s easy to go from the sendai station. This place have the convenient store for buy something you want before go to your room. They have free standard amenities for guests.

This hotel is located about 15mins walk away from Nakanosakae Station and 10mins walk away from Sendai Aquarium. Mitsui Outlet is also conveniently about 10mins walk away.

Meals, staff service, and room are all really perfect for me!

The hotel is very near to the outlet mall. The mall has many shops and drugstore and almost every things you need. The breakfast is great 👍 with many varieties. I loved the croissants. Really yummy.

One of the best hotels I have ever visited in Japan. Service was very good, staff were very friendly. I was lucky enough to upgrade my room to a better one for a good price.

I just used the onsen. It was 800¥ and so worth it. It’s a beautiful onsen with a view and the first time I experienced a salt water one!

I'm a good eater myself, but on the first plate there was a lot of delicious sashimi, and the rice was glossy and delicious, and I ended up eating 4 bowls of rice in total lol.

I took care of my family during the 3-day weekend in September.
Although it is not a very large building, there are only 6 rooms, so we were able to spend a relaxing and relaxing time.

Amazing. All inclusive and they mean it. It's a wonderful view and has very kind service. The shuttle bus driver was kind enough to drive us to the station even after we missed the final departure.

We stayed in Sekkoku room from 17 to 20 Nov. It was an excellent stay. The semi-open in-room onsen was marvelous, with a wonderful view of the bay.

Stunning views of the bay from our room, and beautiful traditional room, futon, matting and decoration. The staff were attentive, and have translating app at reception, very useful.

Located on top of a hill. Inconvenience if you take public transport as the steep slope will posed a challenging task. Food wise is ok and nothing to shout about. Room is new, clean and well designed.

A very pleasant midweek stay. The Breeze Bay is on a hillside overlooking Matsushima Bay and has good rooms and facilities and really great food.

Very kind people there, they upgraded us. Big rooms, great breakfast (get the natto! ), great views, and, the bodhisattva next to it is so breathtaking. Go there as well.

First time in Sendai, Akiu Onsen. I was curious when I saw the news that Oedo Onsen Monogatari had rebranded the 400-year-old Iwanumaya.
