R. Ooba (trainee) and Y. Sugawara has helped us greatly with all details. Finding a lost key for us, and even looking for where we can buy a hotel products online (a pola hair mask).

Had a 4 night stay here. The rooms were clean, and the facilities were adequate. It has a very good location that is near to malls, the train station and a family mart.

Extremely kind host. He went above & beyond to make us feel welcome.

This is the best experience for everyone loving cats. A must on your Japan trip!

This is a great hotel that has bigger rooms than most Japanese hotels. It’s very clean, modern and ample with enough storage and a little desk.

Hotel is located within walking distance from Sendai station. Even with luggage there wasnt much issue to get there.

Twin room as quite small for family with big kids, but the price is very good. So overall still value for money.

The hotel boasts a prime location, right above Sendai Station and close to shopping malls and department stores.

Great loacation, just a few minutes walk from station. Lots of food and shopping nearby. Convenience store at hotel building.

Close to JR station and Parco, and walking distance to the shopping arcade of sandei. Washing and drying machines available. Room facility is very decent and value for monies.

It’s a great find in Kessenuma. We had the Western style room, which is modern, spacious and clean. Bathroom is separated from the toilet, a big plus.

New modern ryokan that offers fresh seafood at a very reasonable price during our stay. We also had the infamous shark fin braised in a tasty sauce!

Took the family room with a sea view, the view is fantastic. The open public baths are big and well maintained.

We stayed here for 2 nights in 2 rooms with sea-view, and very much enjoyed it. The view from the huge rooms is absolutely stunning, especially at sunset and sunrise.

The hotel is near to the Sendai station, walking distance of about 3-5 mins. Our twin bed room was spacious and clean.

Everything as expected plus a few extras.
The staff are talented experts who work hard.
The hotel throws in a free alcoholic drink for each person per stay.

Actually the location is prime, near the shopping arcade, the centre of Sendai imo.

The building although looked indifferent to the rest in the middle of the city, but it's where one could find a very much ryukan atmosphere.

The location is excellent because it's near the JR station and famous spots. Outside the guesthouse are stores. The room is perfect with heater and clean bed.

Location is 10/10, you are 2 minutes away from the harbor, the temples etc yet in a very quiet street.
The owner is super friendly and speaks great English.

I want to especially praise the concierge team at The Westin Sendai. They are exceptional. Any queries I submitted, either through the Bonvoy app or at the front desk, were handled promptly.

The check in process was great and the gentleman from Nepal has outstanding customer service. The executive lounge is outstanding service provided to loyal customers.

We stayed here as it was close to the airport for our departure. We wished we knew about Super Hotels sooner.
This hotel truly was super.

I used it to watch SUPER GT. There are no hotels near the circuit, so you have to choose between going to Sendai city or staying in Akiu Onsen town even though it's more expensive, but I chose this

As soon as we arrived we had a total amzing experience. The service is outstanding, the 10 course menue was very nicely served and tasted great.

On our several week long trip through Japan we made a short stop here for a visit to the fox village. We were greeted by friendly staff in a calm and relaxing atmosphere.

I loved my stay! I want the owners to adopt me as their granddaughter. They were so kind and fun. My room was perfect and the onsen was lovely. I hope to come back again.

The owners are the absolutely friendliest people we met our entire trip in Japan. They’re so cheerful and have 2 absolutely adorable doggos. Their joy is infectious and really made our stay memorable.

Value for money choice! The bathroom is good, the best ever in Washington hotel brand so far. Location is very good. Close to the Sendai asaichi market, nice restaurant nearby too.

It’s easy to go from the sendai station. This place have the convenient store for buy something you want before go to your room. They have free standard amenities for guests.

Very Nice rooms and convenient location. Only issue is that breakfast is expensive.

This hotel is located about 15mins walk away from Nakanosakae Station and 10mins walk away from Sendai Aquarium. Mitsui Outlet is also conveniently about 10mins walk away.

Meals, staff service, and room are all really perfect for me!

It felt like Yamato. The exterior and the rooms are well made. Although it is far from Sendai Station, it is convenient if you use the subway.

Staying for 5 nights. Great location, parking available, easy to drive in n out. Room is clean and spacious (for Japan standard), good street noisy insulation.

Super close to the JR station, clean (if compact) rooms, and super fluffy towels! Quiet neighborhood with a nearby supermarket within 10min walk.

The hotel is elegant, clean and very well located, just a few meters from the train and bus station. The hotel room was very clean and equipped with everything you need.

The hotel is very near to the outlet mall. The mall has many shops and drugstore and almost every things you need. The breakfast is great 👍 with many varieties. I loved the croissants. Really yummy.

One of the best hotels I have ever visited in Japan. Service was very good, staff were very friendly. I was lucky enough to upgrade my room to a better one for a good price.
