Great service. Non-smoking rooms smell a fair bit of smoke, though.
Nice location and friendly staff but non smoking room smells very strongly of smoke.

Nobody in the hotel speaks well english. After struggling for 10 minutes I managed to book a washing machine for the day after at 8pm and two dryers at 9pm (very rude service). The day after I put the washing machine at 8pm as I said I will, but no dryers were available at 9pm. When I went to the reception to ask for an explanation the only solution they gave is a dryer at 2 am in the morning, which means my clothes will be wet in a bag for 5 hours due to an incompetent communication from the hotel staff. Location and rooms are good.
