The hostel was very clean and the staff were very hopeful if you had questions about what to see in the city. They also do bar crawls and Robin who was our guide to us took is to nice places to drink and eat, and was really knowledgeable about the city for things to do. I give unplan Shinjuku 10/10 definitely go back next two I'm in Tokyo.

Very helpful staff. Modern clean and spacious. I had capsule style bunk no problem comfortable. Great bar for beer and food.
