Great location to begin your trip to Japan. Easy access to transport, food and shopping with quiet streets and friendly people. The rooms are warm and comfortable with many amenities. We would definitely stay here again.

Worse experience ever!
I booked 2 nights due to my son emergency at hospital. I mistake in the month and put september as I was soo rushed to contact hotel, insurance and flight change with again, emergency of medical!
I contact within 20 minutes from booking to change or cancel the booking. I have been told they will still charge me. Not caring my son situation, not caring anything.
After hours of many msg I bagging them to at least change the date or refund me, they say that I can cancel for 100% refund within 4 hours from booking. But I tried to cancel within 20 minutes! Not 4 hours. She told me that I can cancel 4.5 hours after I booking, she litterly told me 30 minutes later then my last option For a refund.
The person speaking to me for 4 hours knows nothing, not the policy or how to behave with such a sensitive case!
Never book this hotel, I will write a review of this story anywhere I can!
