Super nice amenities for the price. The overall set up is sooo nice. Plenty of space, privacy, and security. The closest train station was just a couple blocks away, plenty of walkable night life right outside the door, along with parks and temples. Pretty central by train to anywhere else you’d need to go. The capsules were nice, lights and outlet inside. They were basically clean, could have been a little cleaner but honestly what I expect from a hostel. Showers and toilet on each floor along with a separate sink room which was helpful to make space for everyone. Lockers were a little small but big enough and it was secure enough to leave anything too big out in the room if needed. I wish there was some sort of breakfast option to grab in the morning.

The men room stinks and the light is way too bright and blue.
I came in an the 'cleaned' bed had hair on it. I'm quite tall with 1.92cm (6'3) and the bed was a bit too short for me.
Location is great and central, 10-15 min walk away from Shinjuku.

Avoid this place if you can. I had to stay here because I waited too long to book a hotel for golden week.
I have stayed at many hostels/capsule hotels in Japan and obviously you get what you pay for, but this place is exceptionally bad in my opinion, even for the price. I've stayed at MUCH nicer places for the same price or cheaper.
Everything here is watered down, both figuratively and literally. It seems like a place that is obsessed with cutting costs in any way possible. The soap is literally watered down 😂
Some other highlights:
— Some of the dryers barely work, so guests often lay their clothes out to dry on the roof.
— the showers are very small, barely large enough to bend over to wash your legs.
— harsh fluorescent lighting.
— rules posted all over the walls. Kind of felt like a prison.
— Every sink is automatic and very difficult to activate. This was especially fun when trying to brush your teeth etc 😂
— basically no shelf space in the capsules (minor gripe)
I would stay somewhere else if you can!
