It was my first time visiting Tokyo from 14–19 February 2026.

Great location. Hotel is nice too. Food we did not explore but good restaurants around the area. We had the room with a view of Tower and Senso-ji temple. Really loved our place.

Excellent location within walking distance of Asakusa Station and Sensoji Temple. From the rooftop on level 12, you can enjoy stunning views of Tokyo Skytree and the Sumida River.

Stayed at KOKO Hotel Asakusa and honestly… I’d go back but with Tokyo expectations firmly in place.
First, the location is a huge win.

Fantastic location. Easy access to stations. Plenty of shops, restaurants and entertainment.

We are a family of 4.2 very young kids (5 and 3) and 2 adults. Finding a hotel that gives you 4 beds is not easy in Japan.

Great location right next to the temple and lots of restaurants and stuff around.
Hotel onses was perfect, open 3pm to 10am including complimentary ice cream.

The hotel is strategically located near Sensoji Temple and is surrounded by many small eateries. Since breakfast is ¥2, 500 per person, we have decided to eat out instead.

I highly recommend staying here. Convenient location. Skincare and toiletries provided. Their skincare products are amazing, by the way.

I enjoyed my 5-night stay at the Hotel Gracery Asakusa. This was my third trip to Tokyo and my first stay in Asakusa. It's conveniently located with easy access to/from Haneda and Narita.

APA Hotel Asakusa Ekimae is a great choice if you want convenience while staying in Asakusa.

Staying in Tokyo for a week, I found this Gem, close to things to see and trainstations.

I went to Japan for the first time and I stayed at the hotel for a week. It was a very lovely hotel. Bathroom was small for me but I didn’t mind it at all. The hotel staff was awesome and very kind.

Location is unmatched. Less than 10 minutes to a train station and Donquijote/food street and Meiji shrine area.
Room is old and hotel feels old.

It’s our second trip to Japan. So, we’re happy to live in Asakusa, great location. Service and rooms were also great, common thing for Japan — small rooms. And here it was very clean.

Location is excellent. Be aware there is no area to sit in reception if you need to wait for a ride. Staff friendly enough but limited English and reception not always manned.

I recently stayed at Sakura Hostel Asakusa for 16 nights with my partner, and we were very satisfied with our experience.

A cozy little place to sleep and recharge after long days in the city. Mostly just the essentials here but that's what I wanted.

Other reviewers are quite aggressively rating this hotel, however traveling in Tokyo should only have you in your room for about 8 hours a day.

I've had a great experience at this hotel. Booked it 3 months before it was even open to public, and I'm happy with the result.

I booked this hostel last minute because I cancelled my trip to Ito and decided to stay in Tokyo for 3 nights due to bad weather.

I stayed at Hotel + Hostel Tokyo Asakusa 2 for my vacation in Tokyo and overall had a good experience.

Relative old hotel going to close in June, while the staff members are very polite and helpful. Free toothbrush, shavers and cotton buds provided.

Nobody tells on the Booking etc platforms that is a Love hotel.
However — its cheap, convenient and clean.

I found this hotel since Januari 2025 when I was looking for place to stay around Asakusa.
I later find out of this is Love Hotel, but we don't mind to stay and would like to try It's worth to stay.
