It's on a very strategic location. The room is small, as almost everwhere in Tokio, but we were six people and we think it was pretty good for all of us. The train station it's near, and the suga shrine (your name) too. You have different covenience stores around the corner.
Easy to find as it was a short walk away from the Yotsuya Sanchome station. Place was clean and had complete amenities: coin-operated washing machine and dryer, microwave, small induction stove, fridge, toiletries, etc. Staff was prompt in replying even when communication was done mainly via emails. Space was a bit tight for the 6 of us but we were still able to pack/unpack 5 luggage. It is next to the Yotsuya Fire Station/ Tokyo Fire Museum (a must go! ). Love that the place is in a quieter part of Shinjuku.

Still presently here. Checked into the top floor unit and the room has an unmistakable, strong smell of mildew and mold. The kids smelled it before we opened the door. Nothing looks dirty in the room but it smells very moldy which I've only smelled in wet basements with long standing water issues. Reached out to the hotel and they refused to even provide a partial refund for us to leave early. They suggested putting in stronger deodorizers in which disturbed me even more. They finally said they'd send their cleaners who I don't believe would be able to do anything if this is a long standing water/building problem… Location is very close to the train which is wonderful but I'm realizing it's not walkable to the main area that has all the outstanding restaurants and shops.
