Tokyo Hotels near Calligraphy Museum

I stayed here during my last trip to Tokyo. In my opinion, this place is just perfect in every way. The room is clean and tidy. The staffs are friendly and the service is great.

Vessel Hotel is an excellent value-for-money hotel that includes breakfast. However, its location is a bit uncomfortable, and the breakfast is relatively lacking.

Room is small but very comfortable to stay. Got plenty of power sockets. The location is very near to metro station, one station away can hop on Skyliner or Narita Express.

We had a very pleasant 8-night stay at Hotel Sakura and would gladly recommend it, especially for families.

Our stay was absolutely amazing, the hotel was in a great and quiet location, next to a metro stop and 7/11 shop and family mart.

We had a wonderful stay! Our kids were absolutely thrilled with the Pokémon-themed room, especially the huge Snorlax waiting for them on the bed when we arrived. Seeing their excitement was priceless.

First of all the staffs are amazing, they were welcoming, informative and good english speakers. The cleaning staffs always kept our room clean and organized.

This is near the Ueno park and only a short walk from the Irya exit of the Ueno station. It's a great hotel for families or people who need more space.

Stayed here with a family of 4 including 2 young children. The family apartment was great with a kitchenette and dining table.

Lovely hostel that is a traditional Japanese house and in a quiet neighborhood. Relatively close to well known areas like Ueno, Asakusa, and Akihabara and only a few minutes walk from a station.

A wonderful hotel. Very quiet location. Yet close to a major rail station. Lots of good places to eat close by. The apartments are well appointed.

We stayed here with our teenager and other son for a week. It’s a very large space with everything you could need and the beds are very comfortable.

The room is very comfortable and cleaning! I like the top floor and could see Mt. FUJI! The breakfast is awesome and healthy!

We knew the room was small, and it was. However this was easily made up with the most comfortable bed that we slept in whilst away. The pillows were not comfortable to use.

We absolutely loved our stay at Wagokoro Nippori. The hotel is small, cozy and welcoming — which for us was perfect, as we prefer this kind of atmosphere over large, business-style hotels.

Super nice Hotel with very friendly and kind staff. It smelled so good everywhere and the room was quite bog for Tokyo. But the thing was the hotelstaff — we really liked our stay at wagokoro.

Hotel is very near Nishi Nippori station, that being said while convenient it is also very noisy.

Stayed three nights here and it was great. Even the single room which I booked had enough space for me to open my suitcase. By Tokyo standards it was a very nicely sized room.

Overall good experience. Hotel was in a pretty good location but only that if you want to go to the nearest station from the hotel, it's going to be an uphill journey from there.

I absolutely loved my stay at Landabout Tokyo. Everything from the room design and overall aesthetics to the friendly staff was just perfect. The hotel has such a lovely, modern, and cozy atmosphere.

Hanare is such a special place! We only had 1 night at hanare, but wish we had stayed longer — we will definitely be back next time we are in Tokyo.

I had a relaxing stay in the hotel. I stayed at Niwa Room and it’s absolutely charming. Environment is very quiet and serene. The staff are all very thoughtful. Breakfast is incredible.

I recently had a pleasant stay at Hotel Graphy Nezu. The hotel is located in the charming Yanasen area, which is both vibrant and conveniently situated for exploring Tokyo.

This was my third time visiting Tokyo, but my first time visiting the Ueno area.

We have stayed in Hotel Graphy Nezu for 6 nights and coming back for more at the end of our journey.
Rooms are clean, big for Japan, and feels good.

Typical Toyoko Inn: Small clean rooms, pleasant helpful staff, good location 5 minute walk from Uguisudani Station, tasty filling breakfast. Restaurants, convenience stores, etc. In area.

Good choice for budget travelers. Room is very tight even by the Japanese standard. You can only open one carry on luggage at a time. Complementary breakfast is minimum.

Staying at this hotel was wonderful, clean. Staff Aoi-kun helped us unload our luggage.

This hotel is excellent in terms of price, rooms, location, and especially its service. It's an underrated hotel that truly deserves more stars and greater recognition.

Great location, easy check in, everything I needed in the room and if I needed more I could easily order it. Metro, super market and a 7/11 close, overall fantastic, no complaints.
