Another great budget hotel in Tokyo. Near train station, just a couple minute of walking. The room is clean and comfortable.

About 500m from the entrance of the Nippori Station. This location is very convenient travelling to and fro Narita airport. If you take the Kansei skyliner, it takes less than 40 mins. It is also convenient to travel to other parts of the City from Nippori Station. All APA hotel rooms are met with the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene, with close to full efficiency services. Most of the front office staff speaks relatively good English, some also able to speak Mandarin. Family Mart is 100m from the hotel. You can buy their sandwiches for breakfast if you are in a rush. I recommend the egg sandwiches. You will appreciate the freshness and sweetness of the sandwich. Others family restaurants are all within walking distance from the hotel.

The room was small but new and the price was reasonable. Right next to the south entrance at Jr Sunset, it's 烏丸御池駅 to take Skyliner & Yamanote.

This hotel is very close to the Nippori Train Station. Fortunately got the room facing the main road and not the back unit beside the railway line as mentioned by another reviewer. Great in terms of location. Close to train station and a lot of food close by. For food, turn left as you get out the hotel. Staff able to communicate in english and are helpful. As for the room, very small. The bathroom is even smaller. I am a 6 footer, boy, the bathroom/toilet was extremely tight. This is the reason I gave it 4 stars. The TV is very big on relation to the room size. Room and bathroom was extremely clean and they do provide daily cleaning service.

The rooms are clean and the room is not five minutes from the Sunset Station, which is a recommended hotel.

Rooms dull, without air, without the possibility to open the window, for two the room is invibile. High prices for minimal service. In most in the rooms are books of the political propaganda of the most becera, the entire chain of Apa is, in fact, highly politicised. The staff at least is very kind. In a few other places I found out of place such as this one, I don't think I will enter in the structure of the chain.

Location, equipment, services, etc. Everything was great and is a Wi-Fi network is super slow, it should be so to speak, in the afternoon no one is using the time speed can up to 20M at night when it is only 0.2M, very disappointing.
Should be no do network planning, causing traffic to be occupied.

Comfortable beds, convenient location, near to eating places n JR station.

Reception and staff were excellent but the rooms leave a lot to be desired in the details. It's a typical japanese hotel room but it has a lot of little issues that soon add up to an awful night's sleep. First off there is no temperature control on the air con which is a major issue when your are in such close proximity to the train station (our room was on the west side of the hotel) and need to open a window to cool down, the noise is constant apart from the few hours relief between 1-4 in the morning. Secondly the bed is right against that window and it constantly leaks in a cold draft so even if you leave it shut to avoid the noise of the station you now have a really hot side of your body and a side that is almost frozen from the constant draft (made worse during our stay in January of course). Next our mattress sloped to the right hand side which made it feel like you were trying to keep your balance when sleeping on the side away from the window. The pillows are wafer thing I've seen nothing like them it's some kind of memory foam no thicker than 6-8cm and there is only one each. It really sounds like I'm picking faults with everything here but after 3 nights of this combination trust me I was done with this place. Again nothing against the staff or cleanliness that was all excellent it's just many little things that ruin the stay.

Good value for money Excellent location, a few meters from the Japanese station of the Yamanote line (Circle line). Not suitable for those who need large room and bathroom. Everything is very small size, no closet, it is problematic even just open the suitcase.

It will be nice if there’s a smoking area either in the hotel or in a room. Other wise you have to go to a family mart nearby. It’s not so convenient.

No frills hotel but has all the basics. Very comfortable stay. Clean. Good water pressure. English speaking staff was accommodating.

Firstly, there is actually no air-conditioner in this hotel, if you can believe me, it's true. What they actually have is a fan and a heating system. What that means is that when it gets hot in the room you have to call the front desk to ask them to let the send air into your room. Secondly, the air filter in the room ran out of water so I guess the cleaning person did not fill up the water so the machine started beeping as it ran out of water. Thirdly, the bathtub is smaller than normal (even smaller than normal Japanese business hotel tubs) and the toilet is not the Japanese kind if you care for the bidets and such or heated seats. Just a warning in advance!

Nice hotel near the train station. The hotel was able to hold my luggage after check out, until I could leave for the airport. Good place to stay if you plan on going to Narita Airport the next day.

It's actually pretty small, a very minimalist hotel, but the service is great! And the interior design of the place is well-done, and the food in the breakfast buffet is delicious! And considering you're going to Japan with a low budget… Yeah, this place is tge perfect place to stay in! (Psst, you even get free drinks each time the cleaning service comes by, and another bottle when you put out the Do Not Disturb sign on your door ;) )

The same as all apa hotels. Everything I needed rooms are small but very well equipped. Nippori station has good access to tourist attractions via yamanote line. Direct route to narita airport.

A little tight but nice! 50 inch TV, clean rooms, modern, close to subway and best of all cheap would definitely recommend this place.

I really love this hotel, 3mins walk only from the train station and accessible to all areas. I love the staff the room the amenities esp their bath tub. My son really loves to take a bath in theor bath tub. Our 1st time in Japan, I will keep on coming back to this hotel. Plus this has the cheapest rate in the Apa Hotel chains in Japan. Bus is just outside the Hotel, you can explore going to Sensoji and the Tokyo Skytree, Asakusa area. The train station is accessible because of the JR Yamanote Line access going to Shinjuku station, Shibuya the main attractions in Japan. But to tell you, all the places I've been in Japan they are all worth to explore, even if you get lost there… japanese are kind even if they are not well spoken in English they will try their best to explain and help you with the places and location, they can even do sign language just to help you out. I will keep on coming back to Japan.

I had such a wonderful experience staying this hotel. In the small space, they had everything so compact. So convenient location.

New hotel, value for money.

The room was small, but clean, so it was fine. The location is about 5-7 minutes ' walk from Sunset 烏丸御池駅, which is quite handy.

Of the three hotels that I stayed in Japan, this hotel is one of the best. This hotel is near the JR Line, exit at the South Gate for a convenient 3 min walk to the hotel. You should be able to spot the building easily, just look up and around. The hotel is certainly generous with their packaged toiletries for the guests (toothbrush and toothpaste, razor, q-tips, bath sponge, and comb) of course, I snatch them all. Everyday, the housekeeping will give us a new set of towels, toiletries, and water bottle outside our door even when we put the "do not disturb" sign. We had the economy room, and the TV was probably at least 50inch. There is a microwave on the 2nd floor for public use if you need to heat up your dinner.

I really like this hotel. It is conveniently located next to a train station. The room was clean and new. I felt really comfortable staying here.

New Build Hotel. When everything is new, it is very good. Reciption is helpful. Great service.
