My family of 3 stayed here for 2 nights, good value hotel. The tatami/futton bed are quite comfortable and room have good heating during the cold nights. Necessities are all provided.

This place is very good if you want something cheap and well located in Ikebukuro.
The common areas are very clean and the staff are very kind.

Sachiko-san is an absolute sweetheart and I wish I had more time to chat with her. She treats you like an old friend and carefully walks you through the check in process.

Sachiko and her husband were the best! This is a renovated traditional Japanese building. It’s well-maintained, clean and comfy.

We stayed here for 5 nights. The price is very reasonable and it comes with breakfast. Breakfast is just toast, coffee and soup but its a good start to the day.

This is my second time to stay in a Sakura Hotel in Tokyo, but first time here in Ikebukuro branch. Still did not disappoint.

Self service, read the rules and you're good to go. The best part abt it is the lounge quality despite the low cost per capsule. 3000 for one night and free Wi-Fi and free locker and free bathroom?

The location is great, its near Mejiro train station so you'll get anywhere you want in no time.

This place is great for the price we paid. It could use some lockers and the floor doesn't look super clean. But the station is super close. Beds are fine and clean.
