A great hotel, sadly there's no room service here (you'll also be informed of this when checking in for the first time by the receptionist). It's located quite near the JR station (probably a 10 minutes walk). Room is great, though you might want to understand Japanese a little since their remote controllers are in Japanese (I had a little trouble figuring out how to turn on the AC). They had a kitchen, which is a bonus point. The rest of the facilities should be around standard (free Wi-Fi, toilet shower, bath tub, and other amenities).

Valuable and close to UENO JR stationStaff are helpful and the room is fine.

Ok but to small room and no housekeeping, near halal food and stations, easy access.

The hotel is very close to the station. There's a supermarket counter that can speak Chinese but the room is old, the faucet is not tight, the fridge and The cleaner, the other guests, the corner of the box, the cabinet and the cupboard are thick with dust.

Great hotel. Very near to Ginza line which takes you upto Asakusa-Shibuya less the jampack trains. English speaking staff. Small draw back is the toilet a tidy bit tight and no house keeping, but what to expect.

Disadvantages: 1, faucet lock is not tight; 2, the air conditioner will drip; 3, the elevator is too small and too slow advantages: 1, the laundry is convenient; 2, sound insulation is good; 3.

Excellent place to stay. Alot +ves about the hotel. Near stations and halal good outlet.

The new renovated room is larger, from Ueno Station professionals "into the Valley" export to the hotel near a lot of about 7, 8 minutes.

The electric and the writing desk are all very nice. In addition, no one will enter the cleaning and replacement equipment during the stay (the appliance can be replaced at the counter). It's a good way to go.

Fully equipped, affordable; the air purifier in the room is very good, the room is small, but all is enough. There is no Wi-Fi rental service on this trip.

Location is quite good. Close to station. Rooms r clean and cozy. Price is affordable!

Rooms have a simple kitchen, clean rooms, 16m2, and a smaller distance. Ueno Station 8-10-minute.

The hotel is not bad, the room has a kitchen and everything you need on it (stove, microwave, crockery, separate washing, fridge, kettle). The room was clean. However, at the reception you can daily take fresh towels, bath accessories (toothbrushes, machines, etc. ), as well as coffee, tea, sugar and cream. The reception staff are very courteous and always ready to help.

Hotel interior decoration is old, some furniture damaged but does not affect the use, a good point is the room window is quite large and can be opened, open to the left and right to see the Sky Tower, run very well allocated to the room space is quite large.

Services are all great. Providing a lot of languages services, it is good for foreigners.

0 morning 1:30, found that the room lights have problems, the other side although do not understand English, but all try to understand our needs, and less than 5 minutes to bring everything up to the room replacement! Very, very good!

The bed was very comfortable. There is a kitchenette where guests can prepare their own simple snacks to eat. Overall, it's a little space, but it's pretty comfortable.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. Convenient transportation from the metro station very close. Luggage can also be placed on the last day.

Obsolete structure, the carpets of the floor all spotted, really a bad business card hard to say if it was clean considered the stuffiness of the furnishings.

To old, the hotels not look like what I seen on website new modern and clean room. To old and dirty.

It lacks much maintenance, if the price was lower it would be perfect for backpackers, for family with children not the best option, not going for quality and price, the staff very friendly, attentive. There is no room service the days you are there = (.

Very friendly staff and good family amenities.

Very small rooms. Bed is not really big enough for two chubby Americans. A problem with our room (water coming through the bathroom ceiling) required us to change rooms at midnight on the first day we were there. Then, we needed to leave that room, because someone else was checking in that evening. Hotel staff seemed to think it was perfectly okay to expect us to leave all our luggage in the lobby all day until they could verify that our original room had been fixed. When I pay for a hotel room, I expect to have the use of that room for the day. They finally relented and allowed us to put our luggage in the room and our food in the refrigerator and take our naps. But it was quite a struggle to get them to agree to what seemed to me to be perfectly reasonable requests. We went out for an hour or two, and when we came back, they said the room was being cleaned and we were supposed to stand in the lobby and wait. Again! The free breakfast tickets they gave us were nice, but did not make up for the aggravation. We will never stay at this hotel again, and can't honestly recommend it to anyone else.

The hotel staffs gave a BIG BIG help to contact JR as I lost my backpack on the train. They showed great hospitality and offered a lot of help and supports. Thank you SOOOO much! And their room is relatively big compared to other hotels at similar prices. Not so far from JR UENO station. Highly recommended!

Residential-style hotel, room than the General Tokyo hotel, general supplies, such as toothbrushes, such as a few consecutive days to stay does not provide cleaning services, you need to put the garbage and towels on the door, if you need new towels can be required in the front desk. The noise is very poor, often hear the outside sound. Near the quiet, there are several restaurants nearby, supermarkets and convenience stores need to go a little farther, but only 5-7 minutes walk.

Location is very good, about 10mins slow walk from Ueno station. Room was comfortable with a tiny kitchenette complete with microwave oven, refrigerator and burner. Lots of restaurants nearby as well as convenience stores.

Not too awful. What you would expect from an average three-star I guess. No room cleaning during stay — keep that in mind.

Very nice rooms and good location from the Ueno train station. Affordable prices and the staff were helpful. We didn't have reservations the last 2 nights we were staying there and had to stay in different rooms. So would definitely make a reservation! Would love to stay here again. I loved the Weekly Mansion!

The hotel is very good. The location is very good. Worth your money. The staff is responsible. By Russian standards, room size is fine.

Central location, close to public transport, restaurants, shops and supermarkets (not to be missed), housing prices affordable. Staff are friendly and can speak English. Room was very small, but that in Japan is common. Rooms are cleaned every day. On our door "do not disturb" sign, just clean towels, bathrobes and toiletries on the door, we were very surprised, very touched. Wi-Fi only only at the front desk.

Not bad for a Business Hotel; Yes rooms were small (compared to western standards) but you are there to sleep, that is about it. Staff was well informed and ready to answer any questions. Great location; right around the corner from a sento, 10 min walk to either Ueno Station or Asakusa and just off the Ginza Line. Can't beat the price. Would stay there again if I had the opportunity.

Great stay. Very well equipped with an electric stove, a microwave oven, a fridge and kitchenwares. Love the bed. 4 min walk to Inaricho station, a station away from Ueno.

Would rather pay extra and stay at Mystays Asakusa, a short distance away. More modern and fresh. Staff very friendly and helpful at Iriyaguchi. Smelly toilet. Kitchenette very tired. Good location. Lots of places to eat.

Small but clean, friendly and convenience.

We normally stay at the Chisun Inn but it was full. We took a chance here and won out. We liked this hotel better than our normal hotel. Will likely stay again.
