Room is too small, but clean and tidy.

The service here is really good. Also, the location is the nearby Yamanote line which is very convenient to get a train.

Rooms are small but very clean and comfortable.

Wi-fi is so horrible. The speed starts at around 250 bytes/ sec and suddenly drops to 13 bytes/sec. Then connection lost. Equal no internet, during my whole 9 nights stay. 日本だと思わないぐらいWi-fi ひどすぎます。ないと思った方がいいです。メールチェックさえできないので、まったく仕事ができません。

Great location — just a few step to Gotenda Station. Convenient store just downstair and acrosa the street. Not good Service — we were assigned to an occupied room. Shocking, embarrasing and definitely uncomfortable. Especially after we had a long flight and arriving late night. Room — sooo tiny. This is the smallest that we experienced during the trip.

Fellow friends were placed with used contact lenses on their beds, and their own shark clips were lost in the room, although the counters were polite and said they would help find them, but they still couldn't find them.

Room is bit small. They are giving a local handset to make local calls and internet. This is an awesome service.

Rooms are made for dwarfs obviously. Super tiny, not possible to even properly open your luggage. The bathroom is actually smaller then a regular sized closet! Wi-Fi is useless. Sorry guys… is this really Japan?! I would expect such a poor connectivity somewhere in the middle of nowhere. Also the cleanliness is not "existing". Dust everywhere (no wonder if there's not enough space to bring a vacuum cleaner inside the room). Mirrors are dirty and I'm not so sure if the towels and the bedsheets were washed before I had to use them. This hotel is definitely overpriced! A total disappointment.

Very near Gotanda (Yamanote line) station. Nice range of rooms. Wifi signal could be stronger though.

Good location and clean. Easy to access to the train. There is family mart just downstairs and many good restaurant options nearby.

Rooms are tiny. I couldn't even open my luggage. My room was near the elevator so was very noisy. Very clean and staff was friendly. Convince store is just downstairs. Restaurants and coffee shops are within walking distance. Easy to find just across the street from Gotonda station.

Nice staffs. Comfortable bed. Clean. Very close to Gotanda station. There is a door connected to Family mart. Luggage keeping service is useful.

The room was quite spacious and the bathroom was very clean. Though we had a bit of a problem that time, the aircon was very hot (heater was on in autumn) and when we asked for a help, the staffs that were available were not able to understand English at all. Luckily we stayed for 2 nights and the next morning someone attended us with English. There was a minimart too right below the hotel and it's very near to the station.

The location and price are nice. It has really good access to Gotanda station. But the room is very small and Wi-Fi is almost broken. If you don’t have a large luggage and stay hotel just for sleeping, this is the best choice.

Decent hotel, super close to the station. Enjoyed the service and breakfast. Plumbing is a big dodgy though, and rooms are small.

Excellent costumer attention, friendly and helpful as they try to offer solutions to problems. Bathrooms could have an improved extraction system. As also a little better international speaking.

Very closely located to the station. Lots of restaurants and bars close by. Room is decently priced. Nothing special about the rooms. Convenient store located on the 1st floor which is good.

Rooms are small, but with everything you need. Good facilities like shampoo, toothbrush, coffee, tea, TV, flip flops etc. Airco isn't working. The rooms are very warm, like 25° till 30° Celsius. To hot for some good night rest. Wi-Fi is very very slow.

We went to the wrong hotel with almost the same name at the same place without “STATION” However We head back to the right one just next to the gotanda station Check in is fast Service is good Room is small but No smoking smell inside our room Pretty and clean And we still have plenty of time to visit some other place ~ really convenient! We just stay for 1 night That’s the perfect place for us to go and get the car from “Toyota rent a car” at the next day.

Excellent friendly service. Very clean rooms. The single room was a little small but the quality of the bathroom and the good maintenance of the decore made up for it. Quiet (if you don't mind trains occasionally going past). Room is well equipped with fridge, TV, hair drier and other conveniences. 2 minute walk from Gotanda station with a family mart just outside. Lots of resteraunts and bars nearby, including an up market supermarket. Would recommend.

This hotel is expensive compared to others nearby, loud, and the internet doesn't work. The only reason you should stay here is if you are partying.

Nice location, less than 10min walk to train station, nice restaurants Italian, Chinese, Japanse and many convenient stores around there. Very convenient in general with this price in Tokyo. Some negatives. Rooms are a bit small and staff can not speak english.

Nice and inexpensive. There's a family mart downstairs. Rooms are Japan sized, so if you're here for the first time, you might be in for a surprise. There's space for a bed and a suitcase, but not much else.

Most efficient and value for money hotel I've ever stayed at. Every small annoyance I've ever had in other hotels was thought of beforehand here (shoehorn, usb charger with plugs for a bunch of devices, all light switches near the bed, heated mirror that doesn't fog up and more). I dropped my bags of hours before check in, and they'd been brought to the room by the time I came back. Located close to the station, but still quiet. I would definitely stay here again!

Good service and facilities for the price. Location is amazing with the station being directly in front with access to Yamanote line or the Asakusa line.

Clean room and great location and very near to Gotanda station. I go to Shibuya easily from here.

Pros: next to the train and metro station such that walking is minimum. Good number of restaurants around. Relatively inexpensive grocery/supermarket nearby, Remy in Tokyu store around the block. Foreign exchange around the corner. Very clean quiet room. I thought I would hear the train, but not. Bidget is wonderful. I would come back if I stay in Tokyo again. Close to the river where you can see one or two cherry bloosem in April. cons: room is too small, cannot move around in the restroom. Microwave is not in the room even it has a fridge. There is one down the hall.

Hotel Mystays is steps from the Gotanda train station and centrally located to just about every service one could wish to have; banks, fresh food, a huge variety of restaurants. Our room was very comfortable and the staff was very cooperative. We will return there within a week as we continue our travels.

The rooms were tiny and did not have laundry service. At the very least it had a hair dryer and free Wi-Fi. It's good enough to get by, but not luxurious at all.

Very clean, tidy and close to station. I like everything about this hotel, their room, their location and friendly staff. The staff also can speak English very well, in which I found it difficult in Japan. Great experience!

Very convenient location that has an attached 24 hour Family Mart. Booked online but it was easy to check-in even tho we arrived at 11 pm. Service was courteous and friendly. Rooms were very clean and new looking. Didn't need to make use of it but noticed laundry services available.

Very clean and wonderful, friendly staff. Convenient location, close enough to walk to the train station even with a 20kg backpack. Lots of great restaurants and bars within walking distance.

It is small standard japanese guest room but I appreciate the very friendly staff and they are quite capable to communicate. Room is clean and tidy. Great location with just 5-minute walk from station on Yamanote line. 24 hours resraurants and supermarket nearby.

Extremely accessible Hotel almost right next to Gotanda Station (just out the station and across the road) on the JR Yamanote line so perfect if your exploring Tokyo with the tourists JR pass. The rooms are fairly small but very well equipped and great if your using this as a base only and spending time out and about. Plenty of local restaurants and fast food places nearby and there's also a MiniMart on the ground floor of the hotel for Sushi breakfasts!

It was a great stay at a nice price.

Service was good however because we stayed during renovations it is hard to accurately answer overall. A few blocks from the subway station which was pretty good and near convince shops. Decent sized rooms…

1 minutes walk from gotanda station. If we needs anything just go down to the first floor. There is family mart.
