This is absolutely amazing. But in my opinion they should provide a checklist, for the customer to know if they all saw different light because there's a lot of room to enter and there's no map to follow.

The advanced online ticket booking is worth it. Best to schedule your entry the earliest time slot possible, it can be quite busy towards the late afternoons to evening. The experience is very immersive, with impressive installations. Probably not for those who suffer from vertigo or epilepsy though, due to its.

I enjoyed it very much! Seeing all those photos on Instagram didn’t do the justice until you see it with your own eyes!
Be prepared to have plenty of memory in your phone/ camera as it definitely kill all the memory you have in your phone/ camera! I spent 3h inside and I felt not really enough to see all the artwork! Not sure if I even covered all the rooms with different themes!
Be prepared to spend 4-5h inside, especially there is a tea room which you can enjoy the digital art and tea at the same time! Must go when you visit Tokyo!

Conveniently located near the Kita-Shinagawa and Shinagawa train stations and right in middle of a street full of shops/restaurants. Rooms are a bit small but clean and tidy. There are no daily cleaning services plus guests have to drop off used towels and trashes on their own.

The hotel staff was courteous. However this is a very traditional Japanese accommodation with 100% self service and rooms are on the smaller side. So if you are used stay in 4 or 5 star hotels then you may not like the place.

Great location to observe Tokyo and Yokohama as well as Kawasaki.

Simple, clean, safe, no frills, great value, great service, great location, very accessible. On a quiet street, convenience store next door, full of food and shops. Free Wi-Fi. No cleaning service but it is all about getting that fair price. We stayed once and then canceled our other booking for the other stay and stayed here again. We would stay here again and recommend it for anyone visiting Tokyo.

FlexStay INN was an excellently located hotel, good for a quick private escape from the hustle and bustle of central Tokyo. With Kita-shinigawa station less than a minute walk away this hotel is easily accessible from anywhere in central Tokyo via the yamanote line and a quick transfer. Reception was exceptionally nice and professional, their English was good as well. They also apologized for some work being done nearby, but it wasn't noticable.

No elevator so if you have big bags don't be afraid to ask for help.

I stayed here after my other accommodations fell through. Thank goodness they were open, and would take me in after midnight. The late night staff spoke surprisingly strong English. As for the accommodation itself, American travelers will probably be reminded of a not-particularly-nice Holiday Inn and similar hotels, but with tiny rooms (as is to be expected in Japan). There's nothing to complain about, there's just also nothing to celebrate. Adequate for a short stay. Though I stayed for one night, apparently the hotel also offer weekly and monthly options. The rate for a Monday night for a small room with a full sized bed was ¥7000.

This place might not have everything you want, but it has everything you need. Very effective use of space.

My worst stay! Don't go. They gave me a smoking room when I asked for a non smoking. The room smelled badly. Really expensive for what you get. When I asked the hotel to cancel my reservation though Expedia they answered that I could do it by myself. Which is not a proper answer. Unfortunately I had to stay as ne neighborhood hotels where booked. Also, the building next to the hotel is under construction.

This was one the weird hotel I have ever seen, actually don't deserve for the one star. It has a basement and several stories above with out any elevator. And they call basement as first floor but basement is basement. You will be most unlucky if they assign you a room in the basement. They are most shabby, dark and moist rooms. And in the basement there is no signals of internet. Staff still argue that there is internet in the room. Staff were not friendly and cooperative at all. They don't have proper way of exhaust from the rooms of the basement. Please consider million times to book this hotel. And please note that there is no elevator, No parking in the hotel. Intercom was also not working.
