Rooms are a bit small compared to US norms but they are nice and workable especially for a student tour group.
We asked for a/c at night because it was hot in the room and the reception Officer had bad attitute and ignore us. Even though the room was clean with a nice view.

Nasty hotel, my tub and shower the paint or porcelain is chipping. There is a huge cockroach on the beer tap as I write this review. The bartender sees me taking pictures AND video of this and doesn’t care! I asked for an extra pillow for my daughter and was told it was an extra 300 yen per night. Filthy and ridiculous!
