The Location and the personal are great. The Room was to Small for 2 people.

Spacious rooms, friendly staff, great location.

It was very quaint and appealing, but the air conditioning did not work so I was getting cooked alive.

Very small rooms, 8 TV channels, and terrible food. Only hotel I've ever stayed at in Japan, but I'm sure there's far better than this one. Would never stay there again nor recommend it to anyone else.

2 rooms booked for 2 nights (10/11-12/11 18) 1 room booked for 3 nights (10/11-13/11 18) Total rooms booked — 3 Total guests — 5 After 2 weeks and after 6 hotel stays this one would have to be the worst by a long shot. No air conditioning when it was stated on my contract. We asked about it and were completely lied to by the gentleman on the front desk. I also continued to point out the booking contract had stated air conditioning, his response was 'that's your opinion', what the? Either his English is really bad or he just loves to upset foreigners. My Malaysian friend also could not understand him and when he told the front desk gentleman that he did not understand his response was just as baffling 'why not? ' Was his response… The rooms are clean but very outdated and small but to be expected in Japan. Wifi is free and the connection is ok. No flexibility on early check-ins. No international adaptors. 10 minutes walk from JR station. Writing this review from their shoebox bathtub, my opinion to you would be look elsewhere. Good location from downtown Tokyo. Far enough to have a better price-tag attached but not too far that it's hard to get into town. Western style rooms, fairly small with tiny bathrooms (very Japanese) but very clean and quiet. Morning buffet was good as well and they were able to accommodate our gluten and lactose allergies and vegetarian guests.

Visited there to see a friend. This place is business area. Close to Nihombashi (10mins walk) and Tokyo (15mins walk) and suitengumae (7mins walk). But as such over the weekend this place is almost dead. Weekdays this is a busy area. Hotel itself I don't know much. But seemed okish place.

Stayed 3 nights with EF College Break. I loved it, personally! The rooms are very tiny — barely a foot clearance between the two beds — but that really didn't bother me. I didn't go to Tokyo to stay in the room all day after all. It was a great place to sleep at night, and a good mid-day rest spot. The place was immaculate, the beds were comfortable, and the bathrooms were spotless. The shampoo/conditioner/body wash was super high quality too! The breakfast was really good as well. There was a laundry facility too, which was nice. I didn't use it, but I heard the dryer wasn't fantastic from fellow travelers, so maybe watch out for that! The nearest subway station was a few blocks away, very easily walkable (three to five minutes, tops), so it was easy to get around the city. There were also two convenience stores nearby, one right around the corner amd one a little farther so if you needed anything you could get it easily. The whole area was quiet at night, so I had no trouble sleeping. Finally, the staff was very courteous and helpful! They only gave each room one key, though, which was a little problematic since I wasn't always spending the day with my roommate. The front desk staff would keep the key during the day though, and give it to whoever came back first which worked put great! I would just let her in or vice versa. It was also a stress reliever because if you lost the key you had to pay for the new door lock installation, which was a couple hundred bucks, US.

I was given a smoking room which I was really not a fan of. The room (obviously) reeked of old cigarette smoke. Unfortunately the hotel was fully booked so I had to live with it. Make sure you you do not get a smoking room if you don't smoke!

Situated in buisness area. Starbuck is near by.

A travel agent friend booked this place for me and my brother for a 4 day trip to Tokyo. At first we did not know what to do since we are both big guys and the room was really really small. We could barely walk in-between our beds and there really wasn't much space to put our bags but I think we got used to the small room. I think the location was great. I believe there are many businesses near this place so it provided a lot of local places to eat. We found the portion size and the amount of food was very different compared to the more touristy areas. I would recommend this place but beware that the rooms are small.

A very average Japanese business hotel. Came out to $81.44 after taxes when I stayed here on a Wednesday, which made its pricing pretty competitive. About a five minute walk to Kayabacho Station, about a half hour walk to Tsukiji fish market.
