Loved my stay at this hotel. Ideal Location, next to subway station and also in the heart of the city, so easy to move around. The room was nice and comfy, small but expected (this is Japan after all! ). I highly recommend! Oh and the breakfast are also good (cost about 12-15$ per meal)

Rooms are so good and over my expectation. Quality of hotel in term of cleaness, convenience, room keeping are all great. Equipments provided in hotel are great The location is not too far from Shinsaibashi but still got low traffic and congestion of people around hotel. Also next to 7-11.

It is a bit used. The cleaning is okay. The breakfast like the national food is okay. But the Japanese style breakfast is much better. The personal is well trained and also gives you information if you wanna visit some places or do journeys such as sightseeing.

Good enough location and a 7-Eleven is just outside. Washing machines, driers and an automatic exchange were a great addition for me. The hotel itself is not new, the staff can speak some English and do their best to be helpful if needed. My room was small as expected and the air conditioner was loud. Breakfast is modest.

If you are looking for a short stay here in Osaka, this place is recommended. Price is fair and service is standard. Location is pretty good, you can take stairs or elevator down to underground where has lots of shops and restaurants, not to mention there is a 7-11, mos burger across the road, a lot more down on the street.

Very well located hotel, a few steps from the shopping street of Shinsaibashi. The hotel is a bit dated (tapestry with not quite recent walls) but the rooms remain clean and quite spacious. The reception was very friendly, we were able to pick up the room before the official check-in time, one more after 12h of plane!

Typical room for the night. Service is typical, not that great, not that bad. Nothing to write home about. Room does not have a safe or closet. Space is slightly limited, making it hard to get things in/out of the luggages. The toilet has quite a strong mildew odour which I suspect is coming from the shower curtain. Generally just a place to spend the nights after exploring the city during the day.

• The hotel rooms are equipped with hardware facilities, but the location of the hotel is excellent. Nearby are famous Shinsaibashi shopping street, Dotonbori, etc. And there are metro stations and tram stops to all over the airport, Kyoto, Nara, Takano Mountain and other Kansai almost all of the popular attractions are very convenient. Therefore, from a tourist point of view, I recommend this hotel.

Very average hotel missing many amenities. Rooms smell a bit and get quite hot (no room temperature control). Internet was excessively slow and to fix that the front desk provided me a small access point, although it barely fixed anything. Rooms are extremely small, will barely hold a big suitcase. No closets to hang clothes, no ironing board.

Just a min walk from Nagahoribashi station. Look for exit 5A. Once exit 5A, turn left. Enter the 7-eleven and go thru the rear door. Hotel is just across the small alley road. Stayed there for a night and the feel was not too bad. The room is a little small though which you may find it difficult if you have a big luggage and need to do some packing. Otherwise every thing is great. There is a restaurant just beside the entrance of hotel lobby which they do serve breakfast to hotel guests. The area is quiet and very convenient as there is 7-11 just across the street and also it is just 1 min away from the train station.

Great service and location. Small rooms and slow Internet. Great area for eating out although it's hard to find any places with English menus.

Bad service, very unfriendly too bad.

Nothing fancy. Small rooms like most Japanese hotels. Nice location and really close to Shinsaibashi station. The one complaint that I have is that the air conditioning and heat is centrally controlled… Meaning it's just there for show and you can't actually change anything other than on or off and the fan speed. Why the hell would you have the controls there if nothing you pressed actually made a difference? It was 20 degrees outside and they were still blasting the heat. We asked front desk if there was anything they could do to lower the heat and all they told us was to open the window and turn the unit off. They forgot to mention that the location is close to many late night bars and restaurants which means when the patrons leave drunk at night they are LOUD! And they smoke outside… Which means the smell just gets in the room. One night I woke up in the middle of the night to shut the window and tried to sleep in the hot room. I guess you get what you pay for. Not coming back here again.

The lobby of the first floor of the hotel can be used for currency swap, if you spend too much and do not want to use credit card, here is a good choice. Hotel address near long stubborn bridge electric iron, the opposite also has the convenience super merchant, but a inside space really is small, the aisle puts a baggage to walk not to pass, the toilet taste is smelly, does not know whether is the bathtub drain mouth (the water all is in) does not like the Taiwan drain mouth to emit the flavor …

Disadvantages: 1. The room is small + the bathroom is very small (at that time two single beds) baggage can not be spread out on the ground aisle can only be placed on the bed to open the Pack 2. TV channels rarely have several Japanese pay channels with 1 Korean dramas and 1 Taiwan mainland dramas (Taiwanese do not want to see the mainland channel prefer to see more Japanese channels) 3. The air conditioner was quite hot (March) and the room was 4 of the hot. Counter-service staff have "pick guests" to provide preferential services (the hotel has to provide the baggage to the airport paid services) to the previous group of friends to sell this service has a price reduction of 500 yen but for the group of us did not offer to reduce the price of 5. Even for a few days, basically there's no cleaning. They invite foreign workers to clean up basically just come in to collect trash cans and lay out neat sheets and change towels. 6. Wi-Fi sucks and doesn't even go up to 1 advantages. Location is very convenient on the long Ku Bridge to get off the subway and walk up to the stairs in less than 1 minutes to 2. Walking from the hotel to Shinsaibashi also counts as fast as 3 within 5-10 minutes. There's a 7-11& next door to the hotel, and a moss burger — — — — — — — — with a green signature. The next time you get a chance, you'll be able to stay in the room. The first choice to stay in the heart is basically to visually check the hotel room is clean and tidy.

Very close to subway station. Clean room, family service.

The rooms are very small but the location is very good, close to the long Jue Bridge station 5A exit, transfer to Nanhai Electric Railway and subway are very convenient.

Best location, very close to shinsaibashi and dotonburi. Small room, affordable price. There's 711 right in front off the hotel when you can grab a quick breakfast and cup of coffee.

Not too far from the famous street and not too close. Near to the subway station, easy to travel to other place. The hotel itself is compact and clean.

Hotel location near the metro station, but to go to the attractions most to turn the line 1. Department Kansai Airport sitting (Nanhai Electric Railway-nk32 Kansai Airport station on) to → (NK05 World Tea House Station on) drop out of the gate turn line 2. Turn (Osaka Sakai line-k20 World Tea House Station on) to → (K16 Dotonbori Bridge station on) drop out of the gate 3. Exit 5A Staircase … or 4. Exit 5B turn Crysta Underground Street South 3 there is an elevator to the ground (there are many food shops on this underground street, you can also access the Shinsaibashi side)

Good location close to Dotonburi district.

Convenient transportation at that price long Horiba Station 1-minute walk Shinsaibashi within a 10-minute walk is very cost-effective! and Breakfast delicious hotel service good next time you will live again!

All the employees are extremely nice and the room was clean. 7-eleven is right across from the hotel which makes it super convenient too.

Very nice hotel and staff. Good rooms, well provided. Perfect internet connection. Located just a few minutes away from three subway lines: Midosuji Line to reach Namba, Umeda and Tennoji districts, Sakaisuji Line to Ebisucho and Nagahori Line to Osaka Castle.

Good size room for Japan and the location is great. Wi-Fi in the room worked without any problems.

Really nice and clean hotel. If your here to visit and go out, it's the perfect hotel, close to Shinbashi and Dotonbori (short walk), it's bigger than other hotels we haves stayed in Japan. Do not expect the rooms to be big, I see a lot of people complaining about this in almost all Japabese hotels, geylt used to it, that is the standard in Japan, bigger hotel rooms are a lot more expensive, if you have a bed, bath and space to out your luggage you don't need much more space, what are you going to do in a hotel room? Build a space shuttle?

The Best Western I've stayed at has been very nice and all the staff were friendly. The room was pretty clean (a small stain on a decorative pillow) and I appreciated the air conditioning provided. One complaint that I have was that upon arriving in the room, the bathroom smelt of urine. However, this was easily dealt with when we discovered the source which was a sanitary bag with dried urine on it. Overall, I would stay here again as the location was also very convenient with a 7/11 nearby and about a 10 minute walk away from Dontonburi.

Not exactly a great hotel. I rated it a 3-star but still much better than the hotel I stayed in Kyoto after this Osaka stop. The room is small as expected from a budget hotel in Japan. The upsides for this hotel is the location — within walking distance to subway station and Shinsaibashi Market. The front office staff is very polite and helpful too despite their limited English. Best Western do live up to their standard of service.

The staff at this hotel are wonderful. Probably the best we came across in Japan. The room is showing its age a bit but is still a reasonable size and the two single beds were comfortable. Bathroom is old school plastic bath, shower and basin. Small and clean. Breakfast is included and is pretty good. Free coffee from 3 pm to midnight is also a winner. The location of this hotel in Shinsaibashi is ideal for exploring Osaka and the room price is reasonable value.

It's OK. In perfect place for night life. Near from underground and train station.

This hotel is better than its American counterpart. Clean and located near a subway station, it provides decent shampoo/conditioner/body wash (Esthe Royer brand) which doesn't leave your hair and body dry like other hotels' scrappy ones and leaves a bag of clean towels and pj's by the door if you choose not to be disturbed or not to request housekeeping for the day. The reason for a four star rating is its Wi-Fi connection which can be sporadic at times especially at night and in the mroning.

The hotel itself is what you would expect from a Best Western in Japan: the rooms are clean, the bed is comfortable and the staff is nice and able to speak decent English. Since you are in Japan though, expect a microscopic room for the standard of this chain, with no space to move and place your baggage (anyway, in this price range all the hotel's room in Osaka and Tokyo are this big). The location of the hotel is perfect by the way: close to strategic metro stations and shopping areas, not so far from Dotombori. Overall, a good choice for staying in Osaka.
