(28 May — 4Jun 2026) I had a wonderful stay here. The staff were incredibly kind, welcoming, and attentive throughout my visit.

Hotel 88 Shinsaibashi was a great little hotel right outside Dotonbori and made such a convenient home base for exploring Osaka.

We had a wonderful stay at Hotel The Flag. The family room was perfect for our needs—spacious and well-designed.

Excellent hotel with a very friendly and helpful staff.
Everything is brand new so it’s super super clean. The shower in the rooms is a real bonus : it’s super big and practical.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at MIMARU Osaka Shinsaibashi West. Traveling as a family can be challenging, but this hotel made everything seamless and comfortable.

We had yet another great stay at a Mimaru hotel. The room was perfectly clean, and the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming to our family.

Well decorated and large size comparable to other hotels. 2 single beds and 2 bunks. Large bath and separate toilet. Staff were very helpful and accommodating to requests.

I'm really love this place.

The service is good and the price is reasonable. Various items are available for sale, and there are scales and massage chairs for weighing travelers' bags.

My family and my parents went to this hotel. The location is very good. The staff are very friendly! Very helpful too. There’s free massage chairs and free ramen and free booze to test.

I had a great stay at Karaksa Hotel Osaka Namba. The location is very convenient, with Dotonbori and Shinsaibashi just a short walk away, so it was easy to explore, shop, and find food.

Outstanding property; I often visit Holiday Inn Express properties in Europe and Asia, and this is the best by far (although I love the brand and its value and offering across the board).

The hotel’s location is truly exceptional.

Everything about this hotel was 10/10. The room is spacious with plenty of space for luggage (including oversized).

Ozaki San was so welcoming and we had a comfortable and special time staying there. He was such a thoughtful, helpful and generous host and the traditional room was even better than expected.

Incredible host Mr Ozaki — excellent communication very responsive.

First, the rooms are huge by Japan standards. Our room ha a double bed, two singles, and other double on a top bunk. The area under the bunk is a beanbag den.

We recently stayed at this hotel for 10 nights and couldn’t be more pleased with the excellent service.

Great hotel with a very reasonable price. The place is clean, quiet, and comfortable. Although the room is a capsule, it’s not too cramped and there is enough space to place your luggage.

The nicest hostel I've ever been to! The dorms are gender separated with no mixed dorm options. The capsules themselves were clean and cozy with trash removed daily and new towels offered daily.

This hotel is so good that I don't even want to share this with others just keeping it to myself (you know this feeling when you discover a treasure) Stayed for 5 nights.

Fantastic hotel with incredible, friendly staff. There is a lounge style area within the reception, which offers a selection of free hot and cold drinks between 7am-10pm.

I only stayed here for one night because my plans changed. But love the spa-like environment of placing your shoes in a shoe locker on the first floor.

Out of all the capsules i’ve gone to, this is probably the best one yet. The sleeping room doesn’t smell and everything is clean and tidy. I’d recommend coming here.

Never leave reviews normally but highly highly recommend this hotel for a stay in osaka that’s close enough to the bustle of shinsaibashi but far enough for a peaceful stay.

I had a wonderful stay at Hotel Cordia Osaka Hommachi! From the moment I arrived, the staff were incredibly professional, friendly, and patient.

The hotel is in a perfect central location — just a 15-minute walk to Dotonbori and only 3 minutes from a main station that easily connects you to Osaka’s central areas.

It is already my 4th stay at this Hotel. The reception is very friendly and attentive. They are very helpful and speak english quite well.

Japanese hotels are amazing — the staff are helpful, the rooms spotless and the service outstanding, but even by high Japanese standards the Citadines Osaka is absolutely brilliant.

Love the location of this hotel as it was so convenient to Dontoburi and Don quojite.

Excellent Location — right next to Subway station. This makes the daily travel very convenient. Staff is helpful & courteous. Room size was decent & looks fresh/ new.

One of my all time favorite stays in Japan. The concept is remarkable: an 11-room hotel where each floor features a different Champagne house, with design details tailored to that identity.

This hotel is centrally located — very convenient if you are traveling via trains. It’s also very close to dotonbori!

This is our 2nd time staying at Mimaru hotel brand. The rooms are spacious (for Japan standard) and we love the coziness that we can all stay in 1 room (5 adults in a 2-bedroom apartment).

Just wonderful! Went on a tour with Panda travel. Hotel ideally located near to shopping arcades, food restaurants, underground shopping; and Starbucks.

I had a wonderful stay at Hotel Monterey Grasmere Osaka. The location is extremely convenient, directly connected to Namba Station and close to shopping areas, restaurants, and tourist attractions.

Stayed here for 2 nights and thought it was a decent hotel to stay at. We loved the spacious bath and shower room. The bed and pillows were firm and comfortable. They even offered face masks for use.

I like to credits the excellent service rendered by Mr 山崎 and Ms 磯部 at the lobby service counter.

Had a great stay at Hotel Hillarys Shinsaibashi. The service was good, and the amenities were complete. The free simple welcome snack was a nice bonus.

We got a Deluxe Twin room which was spacious, and had a nice long bathtub. Bed was comfy. Breakfast was quite good and the all day drinks (coffee/tea, wine) and freshly baked buns were much welcomed.
