Space is tight in Japan, so hotel car parks often rely on mechanical stacking lifts with strict limits on vehicle height, width, and weight. Larger minivans or SUVs simply won't fit, and standard outdoor bays fill up fast, especially if you arrive late in the evening. If you're touring by car, confirm your vehicle's specs with the hotel beforehand. Check the parking dimensions and restrictions on the property page.
