Convenient transportation, from the shop Street, Xiongben City are walking within 10 minutes, the room is clean and novel, but the room is very small, baggage do not bring too much. The only drawback is that the noise is not good, the room is very small, if the next room hit the wall, the sound will be very clear, but the speech and the sound of the television can not hear.

We had a nice view. The toilet was better than basic bidet toilets. The room is bigger than average Japanese hotels. Buffet was nice with various selections.

Very cute hotel with sufficient facilities and amenities. Only improvement I would suggest is more parking for guests.

We stayed here for 2nights, one without Kumamon theme, another night with Kumamon theme. The room of the latter is bigger. Service are nice. Rooms are clean. Staff are efficient.

In this accommodation park car one night reasonable price, the waiter is very polite, good English ability. Be aware that late check out may be subject to a charge. Room is fine, 2 pieces about 29 inch luggages both open well to.

Fantastic place, attention to detail is amazing. Courteous English speaking staff, neat rooms, with one of those Japanese automated heated toilets. Don't know about other meals but the breakfast served in the restaurant on the 2nd floor has lots of variety. The hotel is in the city centre. I enjoyed my time there and highly recommend it.

Nice hotel situated next to shopping arcade. Place is more contemporary compared to other hotels in Kyushu. Rooms are smallish but good enough for a good night sleep. Area is nice and clean. Wifi signal is strong so connections stay strong. Breakfast buffet is much better than other places (conti and japanese). For those driving, parking is 1100 Yen per night.

The staff was very kind, because the car was a large RV and could not be parked in the underground mechanical parking lot, so kindly let us park in the flat car park opposite the hotel. The room was redecorated, so it was new and clean, but the price was reasonable. A 5-6-minute walk from shops and convenience stores, as well as a delicious pork chop in the vicinity!

We had a great time at this hotel, the staff were very professional. The hotel is well located (very close to the bus terminal in the city center), very good Wi-Fi, cheap coin laundry, very clean room which was well equipped with fridge, safe and even trouser press, a phone charger and ethernet port.

I stayed in this hotel for three weeks. The rooms are small but cozy and clean in general. The staff is very helpful and friendly in a non intrusive way. The breakfast is good but needs more variety; if you stay more than two days you will see the same things.

The hotel is comfortable. Close to Kumamoto Castle. 15 minutes walking distance from the train station. The room was very clean and comfortable. English staff. There's a lot of restaurants around.

Not impressed with the staff / very unaccommodating. The rooms are clean, but beds and pillows were not comfortable. Redeeming value — location is great. Just minutes away from the centre of excitement!
