We are travelling around Japan following Wales in the rugby World Cup. Although all hotels and Japanese people we have met have been polite friendly and helpful, I would say that this hotel is among the best for excellent staff, cleanliness and service. The pictures are part of their special sleep advice and a display made in chocolate to celebrate the Rugby World Cup coming to this area. Top-class

The breakfast selection has a lot of choice and we enjoy it very much.

自動車で訪問しましたが、早い時間帯であれば駐車場は上のフロアが空いてます。建物への入口は1階EV横に連絡通路があります。 近隣にコンビニがありませんが、1階の売店がほぼ市価で販売しており、部屋付けも可能なのでそちらを利用しました。球磨焼酎の品揃えも良かったです。 部屋は年季を感じる部分もありますが、必要な箇所はしっかりリノベーションされており不便を感じません。 レストランはバーラウンジと日本料理店を利用しましたが、近隣に店舗が少ないためか日本料理店は平日でも繁盛しており、1, 500円からの廉価なセットメニューも用意されております。馬肉の寿司が美味しかったです このホテルはビュッフェレストランで販売しているボトルワインを各店舗に持ち込めるシステムになっており、日本料理店に持ち込もうか悩んだのですが、日本料理店側のドリンクメニューも充実しており、最終的に球磨焼酎を選びました。 ホテルスタッフの方々にも心地の良い接客をして頂き、快適な滞在が出来ました。中心地から少し外れた立地ではありますが、その分ホテル内で賄えるようになっており、不便さを感じませんでした。また機会があれば滞在したいと思います。

Good location near Kumamoto City train station and there is a street car stop almost right in front of the hotel. The staff was very friendly and helpful when it came to finding stuff like restaurants and sight seeing stuff in the area. The rooms were large and the view was nice. There was also a free shuttle to the train station. There is no super close combini so buy your supplies before you get there!

When the weather is good you can go walking to the shopping streets and theres a shuttle to kumamoto station.

Friendly staff but the hotel facility really needs an update. Room furniture is tired, no extra outlets for modern accessories… I had to unplug 2 lamps in order to charge my phone and mobile Wi-Fi. Room service food was bad (I was feeling unwell so made the gamble to order room service).

Front desk staff are very nice, especially GOTO San, thanks for
his professional manner, check in and out is very fast. Nice shuttle bus to station.

Friendly staffs and nice hotel, rooms here are bigger than other hotel rooms here. Just abit away the shopping area but still ok.

Xiongben internal calculation is high than the price of the hotel, there is free parking (such as multiple vehicles can go to the front desk to take free parking tickets), the room is clean! Breakfast is good!

I often have lunch at San Cielo in Crown Plaza ANA Kumamoto New Sky. It is very tasty and not so pricey (I often have pasta, pizza or curry doria with salad bar (about￥1500+tax). I can have drink and ice cream). Stuffs are very kind. There is parking.

Good service and room is of a good size. Regular shuttle service to and fro Kumamoto station. Lacking of convenience store and eatery nearby.

Very comfortable bed and staffs are super friendly. There is a shuttle from the JR train station to the hotel. Also if you plan to take a long distance bus to the next town or to the airport, the bus stop is just 10 meters from the hotel front door. The tram station is about 6~8min walk from the hotel. And with that you can visit alot of places.

Very nice hotel close to the train station and the city center. There is a tram stop next to the hotel which is very convenient to visit the city.
The hotel is modern, the rooms very comfortable and the breakfast buffet very good.

A pretty nice hotel in a quiet neighbourhood. Only 5 minutes walk to the nearest city tram stop. 1 stop away from JR Kumamoto Station and 6 to 8 stops from Kumamoto Castle and. The town centre. The staff is cheerful and helpful. The rooms are smartly furnished and are quite spacious by Japanese standards.

Love it. It's down the street from my old apartment. So I love the area and the accommodations of the hotel. 3 amazing restaurants and bars. Loved the bed, shower's amazing, and quality of service amazing. Bags were delivered to my room with no gratuity expected, linen was fresh and clean every day. The view of the mountains and city were worth more than the price of the room.

The view of the room was really beautiful, and breakfast was pretty good as well. Bath was also good and nothing to complain.

Had a Lions Club meeting followed by dinner at the beer garden on the 25th floor. Beautiful views and surprisingly tasty buffet fare.

Very friendly staff and allare very helpful too. The shelter service to JR train station very 30 minutes is the best caring way to guests.

The hotel staff were friendly polite and always happy to help and engage. Large foyer and nice bar and restaurant. We chose the banquet dinner with drink option for best value. Room was spacious and clean with good quality sheets doona and pillows. An enjoyable stay breakfast included was good and a free shuttle back to station made this a top service hotel for us.

Nice rooms with public tram station close by. Near to Kumamoto station. Nice view of river.

Newly renovated hotels but I got the old ones… The room feels really old. Especially the bathroom. Not even close to 3 stars hotel standard. View and location are quite good though. As it is near the city center. About only 1.7km. However there is no mini market in the vicinity like family mart, lawson or 7-11 so make sure you have bought snacks or drinks when you want to go back to the hotel to avoid spending a lot of money for ordering the room service.
