My girlfriend and I returned for the second time (having stayed here last year). It's in an incredible location for snowboarding — about a minute from the slopes and they provide incredible customer service (in English or Japanese). Yoshino-san was, yet again, extremely helpful, kind and fun. She made recommendations, accomadated our requests and gave us vouchers of the nearby Onsen (Tarakgawa — beautiful! ) We'll be back again, perhaps in summer. Highly recommended!
Fantastic location, delicious food and brilliant, kind service. Will definitely stay again!
