Had a wonderful stay at Hotel Sosei. The room was clean and comfortable. The bed was perfect. Every staff member was so kind and helpful. Truly made us feel like welcome and valued guests.

From the moment I arrived at Hotel Sosei Sapporo — MGallery Collection, I was not disappointed.

I really enjoyed my stay here. I stayed for 9 days and 8 nights, and everything was wonderful. The hotel is stylish, clean, and very comfortable. The snowy city view made it even more special.

Loved my stays at Tokyu Stay in Tokyo so I booked Tokyu Stay Sapporo for my private trip. The experience is similar and having a washer dryer in the room is a game changer!

Located within a 10-minute walk from Sapporo Station, this hotel was the perfect accommodation for our trip.

After a long flight we were looking for somewhere that was easy to get to and comfortable for an overnight stay. The Solaria hotel was a great choice.

We stayed at this hotel while in Sapporo for the snow festival. The staff was extremely kind and there were staff that spoke English.

Nightwear is only a gown. Be sure to bring sleeping clothes along.
Washing machine is dryer capable, detergent provided. Small capacity, so do not overload to ensure clothes are dried.

Great hotel with reasonable price and handy location close to JR Station. We are family of three and the room with three beds was a bit small. However the overall experience was excellent.

Hotel is conveniently located (near shopping malls and 15-20mins away from Odori Park) and what is great is that you can get to the hotel from Sapporo station via the underground passage.

The hotel accidentally damaged the wheel of my wife’s carry-on luggage, but they took full responsibility and promptly purchased a brand-new replacement for us, which was truly appreciated.

The location is excellent—just a short walk from the JR station after you exit. The service was outstanding, and every staff member was incredibly kind and friendly.

I stayed two nights at Hotel Emisia and found the room comfortable, even though it was a bit too warm. The breakfast was varied and delicious. I also tried the local specialty, katsugen.

Quite spacious room for packing luggage for the last night of our trip!

Our room is beautifully designed in modern Japanese style, very woody and cosy, and quiet too! It is very small but feel so comfortable and homely! The bed linen is soft, fluffy and warm.

We stayed at both Keio Plaza and Keio Prelia before. Both are good location and within walking distance to Sapporo station.

Lovely hotel at a convenient location, particularly if you are planning a lot of day trips. 5 mins walk from Sapporo JR Station, connected to Daimaru. 7/11 and Seico Mart opposite the hotel.

Rooms were standard sized for Japanese hotels but it was the care, location, and amenities that made our stay so memorable! The staff of the hotel are very attentive and helpful.

Nice business hotel. Small rooms with lots of nice amenities like pola shower products and a fancy hair dryer.

Hotel is conveniently located in Susukino district which is a central hub in Sapporo.

I stayed at the hotel for 3 nights. My experience was superb. Loved the breakfast spread they have every morning. Their luggage storage service is super convenient.

Our family stayed in these nice and tidy place for 4 nights. The owner was so warm and welcomed us a lot. This lovely B&B is highly recommended for family or group travellers trip.

We were immediately greeted by the friendly hosts upon check-in. They went through the house with us thoroughly. We stayed in the family suite located on the first floor.

Stayed for one night in 13 January, room was spacious and heater worked perfectly. Everything was good except for that the shower curtain smelled.

Really solid place to stay.
The rooms are well sized and comfortable and we were able to open two medium/large suitcases easily without feeling cramped.

The staff at this hotel are AMAZING! Everyone at the front desk were wonderful during check-in.

We truly enjoyed our stay at the hotel and had a wonderful experience overall. The room we were given was comfortable, well-presented, and made us feel right at home from the moment we arrived.

I'd recommend the breakfast lover to stay here. This hotel is the nearest location to Nakajima park and the subway station Nakajima Kouen exit. Also not far frim the conbini.

This hotel is located on the same street of Mitsukoshi, you just need to walk about 10-15 minutes or take a taxi to get to the shopping area. Our room is the premium twin which is quite roomy.

We stayed here from 7-12 Dec. Overall, a very good stay.

Booked a room for three of us — two beds and one sofa bed. The room feels quite cramped, with limited tabletop space for our things.

Nice quiet ‘chalet’ style hotel. Close enough to shops to walk but far enough that you feel like it’s a nice oasis of chill after all the bustle of Sapporo city centre.

Very good spot to unwind. Breakfast delivered to your room is a huge plus. Also, they have the best bread toaster I've ever seen. Friendly staff who speak English very well.

This hotel really surprised me. The entrance is located directly at Tanukikoji 5 Chome which is extremely convenient for whenever my family needs to go out to buy goods.

Staff as usual in Japan, are very helpful and courteous. Room size is okay.

An awesome hotel in a great location. You can open the windows and control the aircon. The staff are very friendly and there is a coin operated laundry that we used a lot.

The Standard Single room was small for western standards but for 1 or 2 people quite adequate.
Room was warm and bed was pretty comfy.

Stayed 8 nights here. Loved it. I got a corner room on the 2nd floor. It was quite spacious (from my experience staying at hotels in Japan) and got everything I needed.

Had great time here. The team were fantastic. Really enjoyed the breakfast buffet with the big window and snow outside. Rooms could do with an update but apart from that it was great.

Premier room with 4 beds is comfortable for family of 4. Location is walking distance from stellar place and Daimaru. I feel service can be better as they don’t have voltage transformer.

We have a fantastic 5 days’ stay at the Keio Plaza Hotel Sapporo.

Pros.
1) Airport bus stop in front of Hotel.
2) Staff very efficient, polite, friendly and approachable.

Great location, connected to underground passage to Odori station. It was great especially in winter with slippery floor and the snow blizzard. There were so many great restaurants in the underground.

The overall stay experience was nothing short of amazing. I arrived pretty late and exhausted. Coming from Rusutsu and had skied the whole day.

We had a fantastic stay at Mercure Sapporo.

Best mid price range hotel during our trip across Japan. Well maintained and great service. Room size and condition are great.

Strategically located in the shopping street of Tanu Kikoji, drug stores & convenience stores are all a stone throw away.

Several blocks from Sapporo station, easily walkable though, with large luggage and the snow and ice, can be a tough walk.

Location:
There's a underground exit (exit #22) nearby that leads you all the way to Sapporo station. This is very useful especially on snowy days.
