Many shops and restaurants around the hotel, very recommended.

I didn’t use the facilities, but the room was very comfortable and clean. Well located for the subway trains and the Suskino nightlife.

A great hotel right in the city centre, a street from the Ice Festival and Carvings, food everywhere, train Station was more or less below us. Really nice room with great Staff
Will be back one day.

Location is good for shopping and the breakfast buffet is really great.

The location is pretty convient, near metro station, and there are lots of convient stores nearby. The room is nice and clean, will consider again next time.

Pyjamas are so worn out.
It's a little small, and shrinks.
Water pressure is insufficient, winter bath will probably be cold to death. Fortunately, the service attitude is very good.

Very well located hotel right behind a shopping street. Airport bus stops right opposite the hotel. Withn 5 mins walk, there's daiso, donki, ippudo, drugstores, and many other eateries and shopping. The rooms were very modern, clean and new. Bed was very comfortable. Parking is available at a fee. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

One of the cleaner hotels we’ve been in Hokkaido but the bathroom stinks. I’m guessing the smell was coming from the drainage pipes. Same issue in all of the older hotels around Hokkaido. The international style breakfast buffet here is awesome. You must try their freshly baked bread.

Location is good, near 2 subway stations and near susukino area. Rooms are clean and of decent size.

Nice rooms, a little pricey and a little generic. The prestige level rooms each have a "travel buddy" which is an Android smart phone that you can take around with you for free. Free data and calls in the Sapporo region. Free data all about Hokkaido.

Great place to stay in Susukino. So convenient to subways and Sapporo train station. Also convenient to catch the airport limo bus. It stops minutes away from hotel.

The service is perfect. The hotel is very well placed. The rooms are very clean. The decoration is in the western style. This is not the hotel I would recommend for the exotic. But for a short passage I would highly recommend it.

The hotel is in the center and on the main street, so convenient. We could walk to Sapporo TV tower and Odori park within 10 minutes. Close to Lawson and subway. Parking is 1000 yen pernight on the building behind the hotel. Also close to Shopping street. The room was clean and safe for family stay. The reception is on 24 hours. Reservation staff is excellent.

A very nice hotel, hotel staff are friendly too. Stayed at the privilege floor at the 15/F where room is spacious in Japanese standard. There're complementary drinks inside the refrigerator, stock is replenished daily. If you drive in to the hotel, there is a car park right beside the hotel. Public transports are nearby. The location of the hotel is really awesome, a walking distance to the lively neighborhood where lots of bar, coffee shop, restuarant around. Night life entertainments are plenty just within minutes of walking distance from the hotel. My recommendation to have a stay if compared to those hotels in the business district where few shops opened at night!

Have booked from 20/4-1/5. Just wondering is there a parking option in the hotel? We're going to rent a car for 4D3N. Please do advise. Thank you.

Good size room clean n neat like all Japanese hotel. Awesome location walking distance to lots of attractions n public transport even got free shutter to JR station daily. Would stay there again next time.

Check-in is at level 3. It would be more helpful if there were people to assist with our luggage as we had to carry it ourselves to our room. Service at the front counter could be improved. The rooms were clean. They provide shampoo, conditioner and body soap in small individual bottles. It may be better to provide the soap in large bottles as most hotels in Japan have this practice. Only one person could connect to Wifi per room and the connection was not very good. There was a limited amount of choices for breakfast. The carpark has a attendant who will help you with parking your car as they use car lifts to access the car. It is located in Susukino and there are plenty of restaurants around. It is also very near Nijo market.

Fantastic stay! Booked a queen room; got a room upgrade on arrival to the top floor. Free beverages, coffeemaker, HUGE room, Western-size bathroom, Toto toilet with bidet and heated seat. Perfect location in Susukino. Free shuttle to the JR station. Will definitely stay again when we return to Sapporo.

Very clean and modern hotel. Parking is next door in one of those car elevator contraptions for 1200 yen a night. The hotel is located in a very alive and happening part of Sapporo. The toiletries that we're provided were very nice and we even had a kerruig in the room. Though we didn't use it, the room also came with a local smart phone for use during the stay.

Best place to stay in sapporo I hav been staying there since 4 years best location and all thanks to the Gm Mr Dean Daniels tht made out stay and trip the best all his restaurant recommendations were top class gonna be back soon.

Close to eateries but a bit far from downtown shopping. Room are modern and decently sized. No on site parking which makes it inconvenient if you are driving.

Hotel is located close to Pole Town shopping centre. I will definitely stay in this hotel again. The staff are friendly, the rooms spacious for a Japanese hotel, clean and comfortable ☺

Great location. Good value. Very spacious for Japanese standards. About a 15-20 minute walk from the station. But the area it is in is great for restaurants. Would definitely recommend this place.

Room was spacious and very clean. Good for 3 people staying. Toilet can be used simultaneously. Toilet is divided into 3 sections within a unit. Improvement could be make to the bathing area. There is no hanger to hang bathing tower / shirt & trouser and I had to make use all the door knobs and whatever possible to hand them. Hanger are available in the washing basin area, but this area is separate by the door when I close it to take my bath.

Hello, I am a traveler who stayed for 3 days and 4 nights recently. During our stay, the hotel was clean and quiet overall. Also, Thanks to the Korean staff (Mr. Kim Sang Yoen) at the hotel, I was no problem with communication. Thank you so much for your consideration. I was able to relax easily because of the smooth communication with the Mr. Kim, and it was nice to handle the requests quickly and accurately. I would like to express my gratitude to the staff who care for me during my stay :) All of the staff who met us at the hotel were also very nice. It was my first trip to Japan, I got good memories in many ways. I will travel to Sapporo on a snowy winter day next time, and I would like to stay at your hotel again at the time. Thank you!

To Sapporo many times, different from the previous selection of JR Sapporo station around the hotel, the first time to stay here, both my husband and I are very satisfied with this hotel.
1. The hotel counter staff should be polite.
2. The hotel room is clean and comfortable, the bed is comfortable, bathroom towels fluffy soft, spare parts (bath milk, shampoo, hair cream, soap, moisturizer, comb, shaving knife, toothbrush, makeup cotton, cotton rod ⋯ Air humidification Air Purifier) carefully complete (if you can choose Japanese prepared products will be better).
3. Hotel location: A lot of restaurants around, away from the Beaver Lane and many department stores are very close to the airport bus station only to cross the road to arrive (about 500-600 meters from the hotel).

I would like to thank the Sapporo Management for upgrading my wife and me to a very nice comfortable room. The check-in service by reception (Chen) was superbly done. She was very detail by explaining the services provided. Although I have stayed in Novotel Sapporo twice but this my first time stayed in your wonderful hotel that I will definitely stay in this hotel again when I am in Sapporo, I will also recommend this hotel to all my friends. Your restaurant staff are also well trained in crowd control and very courteous in their service, check out service was also very efficient. Well done and much appreciate all the upgrades. PS I did not feedback earlier as I was going to compare the service provided by Mercure Ginza and I would say your is much much better.

Conveniently located next to a subway stop. Staff spoke excellent English and were very helpful. Room was well appointed and comfortable.

Great hotel if you are looking for a great location and attached car park for those of you who are renting cars in Hokkaido. Lots of good food and walking distance to key attractions like Nijo market, Sapporo TV Tower, Tanukikoji street and Parco. Attentive hotel staff too!

I have stayed in this hotel for 7 nights during my visit to Sapporo. This is a great hotel whereby many eateries shops are just nearby. The hotel is also near to the Tanuki Koji Shopping Arcade. It has McDonalds, KFC and MOS burger around her. This hotel is also near to Sapporo shopping that link to Sapporo station. The nearest subway to this hotel is Hosui SusuKino Subway Station (BLUE line — Exit 3).

Not clean. Don't even washed used cups or toilets. Don't even pack toilet. Noisy, noisy … Ambulance sirens through the night and racing cars.

The Mecure Sapporo is located on Susukino, the main entertainment district of Sapporo. It is located near two subway stations as well as the tram stop, providing easy access to various locations in Sapporo. There are many convenience stores and restaurants nearby too. Rooms in the Mecure Sapporo are big and clean, making it a very comfortable stay by Japanese standards. There are also English speaking staff at the reception which makes communication a bit easier.

Nice hotel with perfect location. The hotel is in the middle of downtown. The price is acceprable. There is a bus from and to New Chitose airport, which is a block away.

There are lots of eateries and shopping nearby, and it is within short walking distance to the subway entrance. The hotel staff are very helpful, and they have gone through great length to help us to arrange for a 9-seater airport transfer. The hotel lobby is located at level 3 and accessible only by lift. It gets a bit congested when there is a big tour group ahead of you. Overall, still a very good choice for its location and great service.

Hotel is located in vicinity of 2 subway stations, provides Wi-Fi access in guestrooms, 5 minutes walk from the airport limousine bus stop, adequately spacious rooms. Overall worth the price paid.

I have stayed for 2 nights. The room was beautiful and very quite. I also enjoyed the Jingiskan restaurant recommended by the hotel staff. I had a wonderful time and will come back if I have a chance.
