Cheap hotels in Sapporo

The guesthouse is not far from the Minami Hiragishi eki. The bed is comfortable. The shower is relaxing and soothing. The most impressive is the hospitality and warmth from the owner, Yoshie san.

The owner is very informative and friendly. I was able to tell stories with her. Sorry, I forgot to take pictures of the place.

No frills, straightforward capsule type accommodation for men. Highly recommend for solo dude travellers. Go for the superior cabin option for a tad bit more privacy and space.

Great value for money & suprisingly very quiet.
-I stayed 3 days here in the Superior Cabin; the room is private, has space for luggage storage.

We just stayed here for two nights and we enjoyed the very different experience than just staying in a usual western-style hotel. The most outstanding is for sure the lovely host Kudo-san.

Everything in Shabby House is from care and warmth. From the moment owner-san picked me up from Sapporo Station to his very delicious breakfast. He is very generous with his care, thank you very much.

The room is clean and they have a cleaning service every day as you need. The location is near Odori Park and many food shops around there. The staff is willing to help you.

Highly recommend this hotel. We stayed for a few nights during the Sapporo Autumn Food Festival (which is also great! ) Great location just a couple blocks from Odori Park.

The owners are amazing, and I had a wonderful time! I would definitely stay here again anytime I come to Sapporo!

Found my home in Sapporo!
I will stay here again whenever I'm back in Sapporo.

Stayed here once and came back for more on my way back through Sapporo. The hostel is cozy, very CONVENIENT check-in and the owner Nathan is really nice.

10/10 recommend best place ive stayed in hole of Japan, super clean, place is very homie and cozy, everyone is so welcoming and friendly at the hostel, owner is also such a legend!

Very nice place to stay and the staff is amazing. They speak English very well and are very helpful. Thank you for the time there.

Fantastic, unique stay a few train stations away from Sapporo station. If you're an angler or just learning, this is the place to stay for your next Japan stay. The workers here know their stuff.

I stayed at this guesthouse for three nights and had a wonderful time!

+ a very chill, easygoing and friendly owner who can speak english!

One of the best places we’ve stayed in a while.
The space is small but does not feel cramped.
Thanks to the friendliness and energy of the owner the atmosphere is very light and relaxing.

The price was low and there was an air conditioner, so I was able to stay comfortably even in August.

Rental a car to drive in Sapporo and travel with a family is perfect hotel to stay.
Parking are available too.
This place is a bit small but has complete fully equipped.

Loved the place. Its a bit far out and needs a car, however, its was wheelchair friendly (my wife was on wheelchair). Lift accesibility ok.
What really impress me the most is the host.

I book the double bed room. The price is reasonable, the room is fit for one or two persons.
The staff is nice. The location is near nijo market, but a bit far from other transportation.

The hostel is located strategically, right in front of Nijo market, the morning fish market. There are also several food options nearby.

Finding this place was easy. The entrance to the hostel is up some steep stairs, and the checkin is actually on the 1st floor/bar/cafe area.

Really good Hostel run by passionate people. This is a place made for backpackers and other people who like it simple. Super cheap and still has all the amenities you might need (great bidet toilets).

Love the warm welcome by the host. We messaged them to inform that we would be checking in past 9pm because we were coming from Otaru, and asked if it was fine.

Fantastic overnight place to stay! The owner, Michi was so nice and welcoming and the place is very modern and clean.

The hotel is quite old, but very well maintained. Everything is still in good condition and works perfectly.
The breakfast is delicious, and the staff are friendly and helpful.

Great hotel, not to far from subway around 10minutes walk. Have seven 7 beside of it. And lawson just few step away. The room is kinda big for japan hotel. Gor 5 single bed for 5 people.

My first hostel experience.
It was really nice, a wooden ambiance and fragrant sheets really heals your soul after a long day of hiking.
The other customers were really quiet.

I really enjoyed this place. It’s in a very quiet area with ease of access into the city! The staff was really friendly and helped us out when we didn’t know what to do haha!

It was very nice and clean with many available amenities. The staff were also very helpful and helped me to store my luggage before and after my stay.

I honestly loved staying here. It’s not easy to find an affordable hostel that feels this safe and comfortable, especially for female solo travelers.

Stayed here for four nights during the Snow Festival and it was at least 100$ cheaper per night than other area hotels. Brand new, spotless, and exactly what you know and expect from APA.

Stayed four nights here. Very newly opened property near Odori Park. Everything about the hotel and my room feels very fresh and clean.

I had a great stay at this hostel! The staff were super friendly and spoke English well, which made communication really easy. Check-in was quick and smooth, no hassle at all.

Sappolodge is a small hostel in Sapporo near the Susukino area. Everything is within walking distance so it's very convenient if you're staying here.
Your bed/pod has a lot of space.

The hotel is at a convenient location that is in a beautiful and peaceful neighborhood.

The amenities were inadequately prepared, with supplies falling short for the number of guests. The laundry detergent was nearly empty—barely enough for a single small load.

Neat and clean place. Everything is running smoothly and the staff is friendly. There is free use of cleaning and hygiene products and free coffee in the lobby. Large and spacious sauna.

A well organised place to stay for a night or two. There are various shapes and sizes. The mattress is a little thin and it's just long enough for me at 6'4".

Very good amount of space in the room, easy explanation on entering, how to get to space. Very well insulated, we were there in the beginning of winter.
