One of the best place we stay in Japan. We been to a lot of cities and town but this place is very close to station, beautiful set up (roomy, cozy, clean and have everything that you need to your trip) We even bought vegetable and meat to do a shabu shabu in the living room, using pot from the kitchen. They provided washer and can hang up dry cloths in bathroom and turn on cloth dryer option. Just have to follow instruction that they provided in guide book to use them.
This place is great! There is a lot of room compared to what you would get in Osaka and Tokyo. Location is close to the Hiroshima train station and the amenities are top notch. This place is also close to the historical sites. I’m not sure why the negative reviews were posted about this place. It seems like it was their own issues and not the fault of the hotel. If you want great location, lots of room, friendly service and great amenities, I would highly recommend this place.

Very close to the Hiroshima station. 5 min walk. Look out for the yellow sign and you will also see the hotel sign. Narrow corridor down to the elevator. Stayed in the Presidential Suite. Generous space. Washing machine in the room, no drier but there is a peg hanger. Dishes provided in the kitchen but no cloth to dry them with once you have washed up. No tea or coffee provided which usually is. More towel hooks or rails needed so you can hang towels. Shower door needs tinting so others can use bathroom at same time someone is using the shower. Hotel is right next to the station and eateries so noise all night into the early hours of the following morning. Bring ear plugs! Clean and tidy, good location to the station.
