Rooms at Seto Park Hotel are fairly spacious, and the bathrooms and wall finishes have been updated during renovations. However, guests frequently complain about insufficient lighting—the rooms are too dark even with desk lamps. Some rooms lack kettles, glasses, and in-room telephones to contact the front desk. Issues with unheated toilet seats and an insufficient number of blankets during the winter season were also reported.

Soundproofing in the hotel is very poor due to the older building structure. Guests report hearing neighbors' conversations, TV sounds, and even snoring from adjacent rooms. In addition, the toilet flush is very loud, causing guests discomfort and concern over making noise at night.

Rooms are equipped with individual climate control units, allowing guests to maintain a comfortable temperature. However, there were complaints that rooms could still be cold in the winter even with the unit turned on.
