This place is so beautiful… water clear the hotel awesome great staff what more could you want. This is my go to stop always Negril you can never go wrong!

Each rooms comes with porch, location is wondeful accessible to clubs and many other activities.

Negril Palms is awesome. The staff are warm and the rooms are cozy and the environment is clean. I have been visiting here for the past 3 years with my family. I would highly recommend it as a preferred place to stay if you are a local or international traveller and would like to stay in negril.

Its a lovely hotel I have stayed there with my family more than once rooms are very clean ac. Wi-Fi the only thing missing was a bath as they only have shower. The pool is awesome lovely staff its my place of choice when in the area.

I had the pleasure of spending one night here. For the price it felt like heaven. The room was well kept with a welcoming Fragrance. The lady at front desk think her name is Tanya was very welcoming and friendly. They offer 3 meals per day at affordable prices and with a variety to choose from, which are healthy food choices. The beach area is lovely with a small swimming pool, and a bar near by. Great place for family or couple, I will definitely come back and visit.

The perfect getaway, affordable the calm selection of nature just before lounging on the beach. Love this place. The food is great and staff attentiveness is exceptional.

Nice little place. Nothing fancy, but the price is right. The drinks at their little bar on the beach are kind of expensive. But just don't get toasted… problem solved. Walking distance to that Best In The West jerk chicken place. Breakfast was good on site. The coffee was seriously the best coffee I've ever had in my entire life! We were just killing a night before we could get into our actual vacation resort. This place was a good alternative. Great value.

Nice, clean and cozy, however at 9pm front desk staff are all gone, which sucks if you need something after this time. There are no phones in room to communicate with the front desk so you always have to walk all the way to the front if you need something. We didn't eat here but food looked and smelled nice and was definitely more affordable than most places along the beach. I would recommend staying here.

The room was great, but the food was not so good. Cheeseburger wasnt cooked & the meat looked old, dinner the shrimp was rubber the pasta was oh k. Next day breakfast took 1hrs & half to serve to guest that been waiting for a while we were hungry so we ate but still disappointed.

The best deal I found in the 7 mile beach in Negril. Great service for a good price. The pool is great and is very close to the beach.

The food here is reasonably priced and good. The view is spectacular, it's safe. The rooms are a little small, that's OK as you're hardly in there.

Great, no perfect location! Beaching is amazing. Room was recently updated and was very comfortable! Reception staff is wonderful!

One of the worst. The room smells horrible, though on the surface it appears to be clean but the lack of freshness in the room is a dead giveaway. This property should be sold to the stranded and not for relaxation nor fun. Need to provide a proper method for Wi-Fi access. The room is horrible so at least Wi-Fi access should be readily available to create some appease. Not worth the cost. In general, I would not recommend all because the room was not clean.

Beautiful! Very well located with beach with lounge chairs and bar. Safety and lifeguards.

Cozy and casual. Very clean and the staff are friendly! Ask for Stephen to take you on a personal tour of the south west country of Negril! He is an awesome young man and very knowledgeable of the history of the area.

Nicely laid out clean grounds with all amenities needed for a peaceful relaxing stay. No noise polution not even from the neighbouring properties, however much can be done to the reception area and to motivate the staff to be more welcoming. There was only one lady attending to all the needs of guests having breakfast. She was obviously overworked. Groundsman needs to be appropriately attired. Rooms very basic no mats, mirror or painting and towel racks tissue holder absent in the bathroom. A gem in the rough.

Rooms Need to be updated. Was there for a wedding and needed an iron… never got it. Limited staff. Waiting to eat took forever. Ok for the price. You get what you pay for.

Beautiful facility right on the beach friendly staff, but Fruhstück is only possible from 8 o AP, if you order damn right at 8 it takes every day between 60 — 90 minutes after the order task. But that's on Jamaica normal in the morning at such times. Comfortable best, clean room and bathroom. If you like to be visited by the cat, with some dry food in your luggage you have a few more pets with you.

This place doesn't even deserve a star, but because of Tracey the front desk agent the checked us in, I'm a give them a star. Tracey was oozing with personality. Room was OK if u don't mind cracked walls. Food was horrible and servers very rude. I won't recommend it if you are looking for a getaway. Bar need to be upgraded and up to speed the liquors.

Brush up a bit on the cleaning of the rooms. See if anything can be done about the water marks on the furniture. Apart from that it was pleasant staying there. Also limit the cats.

The place is wonderful. Spacious rooms, nice pool and beach. Strong Wi-Fi available in all areas. However, each time I come here, there is a problem with my reservation and it's always like pulling teeth to get the front desk to sort it out. The front desk staff is not very friendly or accommodating to locals. But the rest of the staff is superb.

Though this resort is small, it is big in heart. The staff is on the whole, outstanding. My wife and have stayed here twice and soon will be here again for another three weeks. Understand something. This is not a five star resort, nor does it have all the amenites that you might expect. It does have however, the relaxed lifestyle, a fabulous beach without the mega resorts beside it. It has a great pool, great ambiance, a small store and great bars and restaurants all up and down the seven mile beach. The Negril Palms is right in the middle. I've never had a problem with the locals, day or night. If you want to eat at the resort itself, remember this is a small resort and because of that, they can't keep the kitchen open all day long. So if you want breakfast or lunch, pre order or you wait until the kitchen is fired up. The cooks are outstanding once the kitchen is up and rocking. Please don't let its small size dissuade you, it's an undisclosed paradise.

Awesome environment friendly staff. Rooms are nice and comfortable, there is a bar by the beach with access to a pool and the beach itself. They have an on property restaurant with good prices and very delicious food.

Friendly staff, great food. However hotel reservation was canceled more than once and it was not communicated to us. Also when ordering food from the restaurant be prepared to wait anywhere from 30 minutes to an hour. The hotel room with cleaning and a decent size. However there was no dresser and the room so be repaired to leave all your clothes in your suitcase or hang them up. Overall I would not stay there again but I would probably eat there again.

Very cute place and we had a nice cottage in the back of the resort. Beach was amazing. People are complaining that the staff is rude but I had no issues. Beach was amazing. Had a nice restaurant next door with great fried fish. Beach was amazing. Will stay here again. Beach was amazing.

Stayed here for 2 nights whilst on a quick trip to the coast from Kingston — we checked in, 4 rooms in total and all of us had clean rooms, fresh towels and bedding! Yes, some of the windows are slatted and not glass! This is the Caribbean and if you're worried about bugs and lizards then stay off the island all together! It doesn't profess to be a 5 star all inclusive resort but it's a great little spot on the quieter edge of 7 mile beach, the beach is lovely & clean, the breakfast is amazing some of the 5 star kitchens could learn from the chefs at the Palms!
All in all for the price you pay (which is super reasonable) this is a great little hotel and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend to anyone.
If I have to say anything constructive to the owners it would just be about the water pressure… I could do with a bit more oomffff.

Just came back from this hotel just yesterday, and my stay was horrible except the AC which broke on our last night … I sweat like a pig. The bed was horrible and the pillows are so old and crappy … The hotel on a whole is very dusty and there's no bug net on the Windows … In the early of the morning when I'm trying to sleep the neighbors next door the other heel talked and sing so loud wake us up from our sleep … The night we checked in 8th Sept the security guard which was a female just walk me to my room not even offer to help with my luggages, to which I have to climb a flight a stairs. All my self with those bags and suitcase.
We had breakfast which was good because I left for most part of the day, the beach and pool was well kept. One thing the walkways need more lighting because I got a bit scared walking out by myself … I left melted ice in my ice container one morning and when I get back the water was still sitting in container in the night … Need nicer sheets and towels. Guess I get what I paid for … Don't know if I would try it again.

This place was amazing. All of the staff were very accommodating. Staceyann and the other ladies at the front desk, Winston the security guard, Delores and Latoya in the restaurant, the 2 drivers Audley and Stephen, maintenence and housekeeping as well. The room was perfect for our needs, since we only needed it to sleep, shower, and store clothes. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner at the restaurant each were very good. The beach was always well kept and there were plenty of loungers to use. Amazing sunset views! The grounds are beautiful and you can see the gardener works hard to make it that way. The location is perfect since there are many places within walking distance, but not too busy and crowded. Great for relaxing and I would highly recommend staying here.

I like it their I was there last June and returning the 27 of this June great location nice people.

Close to beach clean rooms right price.

The customer service is very poor, from manager down to the bottom. Complained and needed my money promised the call by manager and three weeks down the line that call has not arrived. Their Wi-Fi is bad their appliances are broken and they don't seem to know how to repair. Their food is expensive, overall would never recommend to anyone not worth a penny…

I stayed at Negril Palms in january, 2013. I love the hotel, I love the location, Cordelia on the front desk took care of me and the staff were very friendly and helpful. a small hotel, nice clean rooms, good food. Pool, nice little bar on the beach. Quite unique. I loved it. Going back there this january.
