Review of Couples Tower Isle 4*

Horrible service. Food is limited in type and availability. There is no 24hr food/drink. Failed to deliver the honeymoon breakfast 2days in a row! They never stocked the minibar as requested. Water sports only available 9am-12pm and 2pm-4pm. Scuba is a joke! Out of 7 dives never had a tank over 2, 750psi, they also failed to supply nitrox as advertised. Furthermore, they dive 2xs a day in the morning, 9am and 11am only 1 tank each trip. More time spent on the boat than diving as they limit the dives to 1 tank and 30min, which ended my dive with only using 1, 100psi leaving 1, 600psi in the tank! Don’t plan on relaxing either, as they make you carry all of your gear and tanks to and from the boat anchored off the beach that you must wade thru the surf carrying your gear to get onto! They also keep going back to the same locations to dive. They don’t enforce their no smoking on the beach rules. Activities advertised on their daily boards are NOT always free, ie tie-dye shirts cost $10, after making plans to do so unknowingly. They fail to get food orders correct, and after stating it’d be 15min it takes 1-1/2hrs! Upon testing to leave they administered the test wrong and 1 of us tested positive, while we both had symptoms. They tried to tell us we would be moved to a new room which was smaller and ground level opposite the ocean. We had to demand additional tests to get my wife tested as positive as they screwed up. Being a NP she even told the RN she didn’t administer the test properly. Still it took another day to get the test which had further delayed our departure another day even though we were both quarantined at the same time day 1! Now we’re required to stay in our room with less freedoms than a common criminal, not even able to take walks outside.
