Such an intimate resort. Love that it wasn't crowded, never a wait or lines, and always open pool and beach chairs. The pools and beach were never crowded. The staff was amazing and made the trip! Our room was great and clean, bed was super comfortable. Resort was meticulously clean. We didn't want to leave and cannot wait to go back. Came home craving the delicious food. They cater to your every need and you do not have to worry about anything. I could go on for days on how much we enjoyed our stay. The only thing I could advise, if you are looking for club like night life, this is not the resort. There is a lounge open til 2am, but the resort is a ghost town after 10pm. There are so many daytime activities, I wish we would have stayed longer than 5 days.

Lovely historic hotel in a secluded cove in Tower Isle, Jamaica. Food was top-notch and service was excellent. My wife and I both loved it. Will definitely return.

Best service, chill vibe, gorgeous views and did I mention great service? This was our second trip, won’t be our last. The staff greats you with “Welcome Home! ” And it’s true. A very special place. The staff cannot do enough to make your stay enjoyable and memorable, the food is excellent and the drinks keep flowing. It has a private beach, a couple of pools to choose from and lots to do, and even includes excursions within the ‘all inclusive’ deal. Thoroughly recommended.

This resort is one of my favorite places staff and food excellent. You can't go wrong with staying here.

The best part was the unlimited spa services & the private car service when you book your stay in one of the Villas. We enjoyed that very much. Food was below average👎🏽 and water was lukewarm for showers which was a big no no. Two large caged cockatoos squalled for several hours throughout the days and it was worse when trying to relax in the quiet areas at the spa. Doesn’t make sense to even put the birds in that close proximity. Definitely no attention to detail or making the encounters memorable which is a big reason for booking the villa suite.

Ok. So Tower Isle is a beautiful place. An older resort with plenty of charm and beauty. Wonderful fun activities. But here's the catcher. My wife got covid on an outside excursion though no fault of the resort on the 5th day of our 10 day honeymoon. I can't express what the staff has done for us. Bending over backwards to make us as comfortable as possible making sure we are well taken care of. We are so grateful of their understanding that we are trying to extend our honeymoon just to stay and show our appreciation to the entire staff! From the nurse, the director of operations,, housekeeping, food and beverage staff. I mean EVERYONE here has been awesome! If you want to be treated like a king and queen this is where you want to stay. We have seen 2 weddings here during our stay and they were incredible. If you're looking for high priced rooms, fancy gadgets, constant commotion this isn't the place for you. If you want a nice room, a great beach, great food and activities and most importantly a staff that makes you feel like family then book CTI now! Ok enough said 😀

Horrible service. Food is limited in type and availability. There is no 24hr food/drink. Failed to deliver the honeymoon breakfast 2days in a row! They never stocked the minibar as requested. Water sports only available 9am-12pm and 2pm-4pm. Scuba is a joke! Out of 7 dives never had a tank over 2, 750psi, they also failed to supply nitrox as advertised. Furthermore, they dive 2xs a day in the morning, 9am and 11am only 1 tank each trip. More time spent on the boat than diving as they limit the dives to 1 tank and 30min, which ended my dive with only using 1, 100psi leaving 1, 600psi in the tank! Don’t plan on relaxing either, as they make you carry all of your gear and tanks to and from the boat anchored off the beach that you must wade thru the surf carrying your gear to get onto! They also keep going back to the same locations to dive. They don’t enforce their no smoking on the beach rules. Activities advertised on their daily boards are NOT always free, ie tie-dye shirts cost $10, after making plans to do so unknowingly. They fail to get food orders correct, and after stating it’d be 15min it takes 1-1/2hrs! Upon testing to leave they administered the test wrong and 1 of us tested positive, while we both had symptoms. They tried to tell us we would be moved to a new room which was smaller and ground level opposite the ocean. We had to demand additional tests to get my wife tested as positive as they screwed up.

Rooms are horrible Staff is nice. Nude beach boat ride over I was to nervous 😩😂😂😂I didn’t do it.

We recommend Couples Tower Isle. We got married on the island last Saturday. The hotel and staff were outstanding. It's a beautiful resort with delicious natural food in every one of the many restaurants and their comprehensive service kept our glasses filled while they overdelivered on every event and excursion. They picked us up from the airport and dropped us at the hotel, took us to Dunn's River Falls, and on a Catamaran Cruise off-site. We also took the glass-bottom boat to see the reef and tour the coast. They have lots of other watersports. The spa and jacuzzis we're relaxing. The beach was lovely, the entertainment was exceptional and the staff was pleasant, and attentive. They also catered to our every need for our wedding and collaborated with us to make it a beautiful and spectacular event that flowed smoothly. The only bad thing was that it had to come to an end, and when that time came, they dropped us back at the airport and wished us off.

We just spent a week at Tower Isle and absolutely loved our time there. The food was amazing as well as the service from all the staff! We renewed our vows and Kendice was great to work with! Omar provided us with wonderful service during our private dinner on the beach. We took advantage of the hotel spa and enjoyed two massages which were very relaxing! We went sailing with Seaweed and Damion and enjoyed how personable they were during our trip! Tower Isle far exceeded our expectations!

Just had a lovely relaxing week here. Everything about the hotel is amazing. Great staff, great food, fun activities (the snorkeling was out of this world). They really couldn't do enough for you and by the end of the week a lot of the staff felt like friends. The only downside was the complimentary trip to Dunns River Falls, where we felt rushed through. This isn't the hotels fault though — they get you there and then the tour guide takes you up the falls. Apart from that slight hiccup I would highly recommend the hotel. An amazing place to relax and unwind. Ya man 😉😁🏖️

The staff here makes sure your stay is nothing but the absolutely best! Everyone is happy, friendly, kind, and humble. The food is absolutely outstanding. Excursions make some of the most memorable moments in life and are truly once in a lifetime experiences! We plan to come back every two years!

I must say being at couples far exceeded my expectations. We spent a total of 7 days, and I must say customer service is Impeccable. Every single encounter was beyond my comprehension of how warm and welcome the staff is. I'm still in awe of the level of customer service, I love traveling and this is by far the best experience ever! worth every penny! we will be back! im sad that we are leaving tomorrow!

This place is absolutely amazing. We cannot rave enough about the staff and everything from top to bottom were beyond great. The food is AMAZING in every single restaurant. The entertainment was fun! You constantly have a drink in your hand (if that’s what you desire of course). The workers make the place, they look out for you and are just awesome humans! Also our air condition leaked (I think we turned it too low after having it off) and they fixed it within 30 minutes! We went in the midst of the coronavirus and the staff handled everything very professionally and were very helpful and accommodating. We will definitely be coming back and cannot wait!

We just got back to the US last night after a 5 day vacay here. The food, drinks, staff and everyone we met were extremely kind and fun. Piano bar Terry the bartender was absolutely fabulous and extremely accommodating to my “martini needs”. Would definitely go again.

My husband & I stayed here in April & cannot say enough great things about this hotel! From all of the friendly staff to the amazing food. We enjoyed a delicious breakfast from room service on our balcony over looking the ocean every morning. The vibe is pure happiness, we had an amazing stay! Can’t wait to return soon!

My husband and I spent last week at this awesome resort. The food was fantastic and the service was top notch. The beach party was so fun, great entertainment and a huge buffet. I think the best part of our vacation was that although the resort was full, you never felt crowded, whether you were on the beach or at one of the pools. So much was included in our stay as far as water activities, and there was always something going on at the beach. We had perfect weather and the perfect vacation. We highly recommend and will be returning!

So happy we found CTI! Small, boutique resort where the staff treat you like royalty. Delicious cuisine, well made cocktails and the best staff on the island. Do as much or as little as you like while enjoying the hot Jamaican sun!

I have traveled to a couple of different resorts but this one still makes my top 5! the food is amazing and the customer service is unbeatable. The water is so clear you can see straight down to the bottom. The ocean view room is exceptional and all inclusive really means anything they have is included. They are inviting friendly and make your stay feel like a vacation. They also have all inclusive Spa rooms with unlimited services so if that's your thing I would def book one of those rooms. If you stay here you will not be disappointed!

We stayed July 17-23. The pictures will sell a beautiful dream. We gave the resort a two because of the friendly staff and excursions were included. The food was not great and I observed a roach by the ice cream. The buffet is under a patio and bugs were flying around the fruit. The beach is very small. The rooms remind you of motel 6 and everything is old. We had stained floors, dirty lamp shades and missing light bulbs to name a few. This was the second room we were moved to after complaints on the first one. We offered to pay more but of course the only thing they had available was Villas but the resort was not full per staff. I felt uncomfortable the entire stay and showered with shower shoes. We were given water bottles but the water fountain near our room didn’t work. Our good time came from leaving off the resort and spending time with the locals. Entertainment is nonexistent and the night club is okay. Drinks were not strong. Elevator mirrors were dirty every day. This was not at all what we expected and will never stay at the resort again. If this is your first vacation then you will think it’s awesome but please take your money elsewhere. If I’m able to upload pictures, I will provide examples of our room. I hated to hear others speak of the awesome time they had while staying at another resort and we wasted so much money.

If you're looking for a place to chill and enjoy some quality time with your significant other, then Couples Tower Isle is the place to be. They have a whole lot of activities, foods and entertainment that really make you not want to leave once your there. This is the place to celebrate your love for each other, and enjoy a taste of what Jamaica is really all about. Love❤

This was by far an amazing place to stay! From the staff to the guests, everyone was super nice and friendly. Room and service was excellent. Highly recommend this place, we we’ll be back for sure!

This all inclusive resort has a beautiful beach, hotel, coral reef, island and gardens. The excursions included with the price are delightful. The food, especially the five star 8 Rivers restaurant is delicious. Though you need nice pants and a button down shirt for the primo dining experience. The bars serve anything your heart desires. And the staff is friendly and helpful.

Staff was very friendly, food was great and I don’t just mean oh gee whiz for an all inclusive it’s good, I mean it was freaking good. Obviously just about any drink you want is available at anytime. The room we had was not huge or anything (not that we stayed in it) but clean, great view and the room service staff took good care of having it the way we asked. Pools were clean and fresh the whole property has a feel of well kept. The staff does a great job of creating ev…ents like a beach dinner and live music and so on. The water activities are plentiful and the beach is setup great for relaxing. If you want to go out to the private island there is a small pool and bar out there also. All in all it’s just a nice relaxing place to be with your spouse or significant other. If I were to think of any down sides I would say the only thing we saw was being on the north side of the island there is a E/NE to W/SW wind. It’s calmer in the AM, but while were there it picked up a couple times, so if you’re going there dreaming of paddle boarding on glass water all week, you’ll be disappointed. With that said, the same wind makes this area much more comfortable than other parts of Jamaica as it cools the area just a little more, feels less humid and really no bugs at all. So it’s only a negative if your needing a place where it’s always super calm water for the water activities you want to do.

Couples Tower Isle is like no other resort. It says something that while we were there for our honeymoon that there were at least three couples that have been coming back for 20-30 year yearly and many couples who have came back again and again. The culture of Jamaica is amazing, the people and resort as well. The beach is small and private. The rooms nice like any other resort. Food and drinks great. Will definitely return.

The property is small but beautiful. The staff are friendly and there are activities available to keep you entertained, especially the off property excursions, like Dunn's River Falls and the Catamaran Cruise. The Au-natural Island is also a must, it's an all nude island, the hotel staff takes you across via boat and there is a swim-up bar and pool in the middle of the island. The food at the 8 Miles River was exquisite, but you need to make reservations. The food at the Grill was also amazing.

We visited this resort for our honeymoon and would highly recommend it to anyone! My husband was a little leery of the higher price tag than some of the other resorts we were looking at in Jamaica and the Dominican Republic but after a week here, he was raving about everything at this resort. Food-amazing, excursions-fund, drinks-cold and delicious. We will be back for our anniversary in a few years. Great beach, very relaxing, fantastic massages. We will get a beach view room next time.

Just came back from Couples Tower Isle from my Honeymoon and my husband and I absolutely fell in love with it. We decided to go with the Oasis Spa Villa and didn't regret a single thing. Spa services were incredible. Excursions were fun. (We went to Dolphin Cove and also went out on a fishing trip — didn't make it to Dunn River falls because we were just relaxing at the pool and beach the last few days. ) We did the other excursions too like Wind sailing, Kayaking, etc. We caught tuna on the fishing trip and took it up to the Chef at the resort and they made it for dinner for us that night. We already want to go back and plan to for some type of anniversary. Staff was also amazing. So friendly and fun to be around and very accommodating. Food and drinks were great as well. We LOVE Couples Tower Isle!

I have been to 4 separate resorts and spas in Jamaica. The people and food are the best on the island. It is the original all inclusive in Jamaica with a rich history. A must for anyone wanting to relax and enjoy all Jamaica has to offer.

We left 2 days before the end of our vacation to stay somewhere else! We had to forfeit our paid nights and pay for another all inclusive resort but it saved our vacation, that we work so hard for every year. Staff was friendly but pushy for tips! They would say Respect which is their way of asking for a tip. Even if all they did was open a cab door or gave you directions they would say respect mon, which we learned very quickly meant tip. We have no issues tipping and often tip more than we should but it was ridiculous. The property was beautiful but room and building was old dirty dark and rundown. Breakfast was gross! Eggs were powdered and runny like soup. Fine dining was a step up but not great. They don’t have bottled water so they give you refillable water bottles and direct you to use the fountains at the end of the hall. Ours was broken so every night I would have to go up 2 floors to get ice and water. Mold everywhere in the shower and the AC was probably 30 years old extremely dirty moldy and didn’t work well at all. The entertainment was terrible! Piano bar opened at 10:30 and they rushed you out by 11:15 although they are supposed to be open till 12:00. The piano singer was the worst I have ever seen! Drunk, off key and didn’t know the words. The night club was only thing to do after piano bar. It was small but nice and DJ was good.

Came for our honeymoon and first time to Jamaica. The best we could have imagined! The staff is extremely friendly, funny, and helpful! Everyone makes you feel like you are family (that they love) and go out of their way to make sure you are taken care of throughout the day and night. We will definitely be back! So much to do right here at the resort. The food was delicious! Local vendors right here a different one daily, and no pressure to buy. Cheaper in cost vs the Sandals and better experience, save that money gof shopping.

Highly recommend the Dunn's River that the resort offers and the catamaran cruise it rained on us and we was soaked but the guys made it truly a great time.

Couples Tower Isle is OLD; over 40 years old and it really shows. Minimalist, lousy workmanship renovations have been made — but the 'new' shower head fires water to the ceiling; the new sink faucet drain shoots water in the face of the user. The location, the water and the food is all very good. The human service provided really varies; most though are just fine, but some personnel have no business in the hospitality industry. I have voiced my concerns to the hotel personnel and received less than strong response to correct matters presented. My patience has worn thing, and the 'vacation' feel is extinct. Will not be returning to COUPLES brand.

Liked the whole chain… Love that holiday for families… Like the high level of service… But more like this chain in the non-grilled. But to each his own. 5 deservedly. High service… Nice kitchen… All Inclusive +… Really.

We have just arrived back from couples tower isle in Ocho Rios, Jamaica. It was for two weeks and from the moment we got on the plane at Gatwick it was like a dream.
We upgraded which is always good for a flight that distance (travelled with Tui).
Then we landed in Montego Bay Jamaica airport. We walked straight through to the baggage pretty much, then couples had its own transfer service. We had a drink in the lounge at the airport then four of us got onto a shuttle bus. It’s a long journey to Ocho about an hour and a half. But it was very pleasant, they drive on the left, the same as UK, but be warned the driving is a little erratic. We arrived at the hotel and check in was easy, room was comfortable, air conditioned and if I’m honest in need of an overhaul.
There are four restaurants bayside, eight rivers you have to book. The patio and veranda you just turn up. They all serve amazing food and it was sort of a home from home atmosphere, I must admit that this I found quite rare and I know that’s why you go away but there were home traits about this place.
The drinks for those that are bothered are pretty much all top shelf, usual JD, Bombay sapphire, grey goose, Smirnoff, Malibu.

It's a great place to vacation without kids! Very friendly for the most part but a few of the staff seem to not enjoy their job or else they're not being paid enough. Very expensive so I would hope that "all inclusive" means they are being paid more than the local minimum.

I love this Couples location. I go here to relax and this is the ultimate in relaxing. You can do nothing all day and enjoy it or there is something fun to do all day if you so choose. I love it. I can't wait to go back.

We Love Couples Tower Isle. We have been to 3 different Couples Resort Properties (a total of 7 visits) in Jamaica. We have consistently had wonderful, relaxing and romantic vacations. Our favorite Couples properties are Tower Isle & Negril. We have most recently stayed in an Ocean View Jr Suite, in mid-March, 2018. I highly recommend those rooms. Very nice room. Excellent, expanded bath with Jacuzzi tub. Food is Excellent. We highly recommend Couples Properties for a tropical /Caribbean vacation for very good service & accommodations at a decent price.

Every aspect of this resort is best in class. Our vacation experience at Couples Tower Isle was exceptional and we are already looking at booking for next year.

I love this place! I can never say enough great things about this resort. It is truly magical! I will say I fell in love with Jamiaca 6 years ago at this resort. We have been back 2 more time once to the Negril one and the last time back to this one. The staff here is beyond wonderful. I can never speak enough kind words about the staff! They work so hard every day to make your vacation magical!

The service was amazing. Very friendly, helpful and they are very fun to talk to. Food was delicious. Bayside had delicious Asian inspired food and it was very well done. 8 Rivers was an upscale restaurant and the food there is at or better than some high end places State side. The buffet for breakfast, lunch and dinner was very well done and offered plenty of options. If you leave the table hungry, you did something wrong.

My husband and I went to celebrate our 25 wedding Anniversary. We booked a villa which was beautiful. Our first morning we woke feeling like something was crawling on us. Our bed was filled with ants. I went to the front desk and quietly ask them to debug the room. Only four hours later there was a can of bug spray waiting for me. Another couple that we met had ROACHES in their room. When it came to the night of our Anniversary we had drinks dumped all over us along with another couple we were dining with and we had to use the table cloth to wipe ourselves off because we were never offered or given anything to clean off the 4 frozen drinks we now were wearing. We also kept getting accosted by a grounds keeper that wanted to sell us drugs. When the General manager asked to see me and I explained how disgusted I was with the circumstances and his staff. He told me to leave the resort and find another place to stay. I told him the only way I was leaving was if I got a full refund and airfare back to the USA. This man was disrespectful and thought that he was going to DICTATE our paid in full Anniversary! I had to call my husband from the room to speak with him. The manager quickly changed his demeanor when speaking to my husband. I didn't spend all this money to be BULLIED. The management has got to be the worst I have ever met. WE WILL NEVER GO BACK! And neither will several other couples we met.

This is a great resort experience. There are several different room types all with a great view. The food is outstanding and everyone is incredibly friendly. There are multiple on-site activities and something fun going on day and night. There are guest relations people around every corner leading games and trivia. The tower isle itself was talked about by all the guests but it is a complete nude beach and you do have to be completely nude to go out there except for short morning tours. I didn't partake because that's not my thing. All in all this was a wonderful trip and if you're looking for an all inclusive adults only resort I would highly recommend Tower Isle.

This is my most favorite place to vacation. The staff makes you feel like you are the most important person there. It amazes me how they remember your name after one meeting. The food is second to none and it is always available.

Love love love this place. Always want to return and never leave. I've been to this resort 2 times and cannot wait to return. Our first trip my wife and I got married, Couples was kind enough to supply transportation to and from the local Catholic church about 10 minutes away for about 40 people. There photographers were very good and not overly expensive. The food here is amazing and everything has a rotating menu so they don't always have the same food. All of the staff is always super friendly and will go out of their way to help you with something or get you what you need with reason. They are very good at having their photographers walk around the resort and take any pictures you want, you can look at them and purchase any ones you like at a later time.

Superb Hospitality, Great Food and Beverage, Beautiful Setting, Stunning Spa, Most Wonderful Staff I cannot say enough love about Couples (we stayed at Tower Isle this trip, but the others are great, also) Truly concierge treatment with beautifully authentic local flavor amid luxury and relaxation. Yes. All that. The food was Amazing! We have hospitality backgrounds and are appropriately expectant of good food. From the juice bar to the patties to the Asian restaurant to 8 Rivers to morning buffets, the food was superb. Our spa treatments were, if possible, more lovely and upscale than the dining. European quality all the way with the warmth of Naturally Jamaican. A special thanks to Dalton Clarke for truly wonderful insight about both Couples and Jamaica, and to all the Amazing Beautiful People who work there!

Asked a friend to book Moon Palace some how they booked Couples Tower Isles instead. It turns out that the hotel itself is no where on the level of Moon Palace, however the service you receive from staff is exceptional as are the activities which are included as part of the package. Would definitely recommend this hotel and would stay here again.

Stayed at the spa villas. Best vacation experience we've ever had. Unlimited spa treatments, staff was so friendly, and the room itself was great! Also definitely recommend checking out dolphin cove while you're there. Get the "Royal swim" package. An hour privately swimming with 2 dolphins. Can't recommend this place enough for the new spa villas.

Come on. You cant not have a great relaxing or partying time. What ever you choose and not be happy… this is a great place to come time and time again.

Definitely 5 star rating here. We came here for our honeymoon and met a handful of great people here. The staff were always super friendly and helpful. There were so many free activities included in the stay. The night life wasn't hopping when we were there but it was nice for a couple's resort.

Went there for my honeymoon and couldn't believe the service! The place is beautiful and filled with great employees. Food and drinks were amazing. Tons of activities to keep us busy for ten days. Would highly recommend.

Wonderful resort! I was hesitant of all inclusive resorts, but this one was amazing! The staff was very friendly, the food was good, and a wonderful beach! The building is older, but well maintained, and it was updated just a few years ago. I did have a leak in my room and my room fan made noise. I will totally stay here again!

This place is great. EVERYTHING was fantastic aside from iced tea. Their tea is far different from ours in the US. I think that's my only disappointment. Very clean and comfortable. Staff was amazing.

This place is GREAT for a romantic retreat. It's such a small property you can easily stay hidden away or you can just as easily make new friends because you will be seeing the same faces over and over. Since it's for couples only you won't have to worry about large groups or singles which was nice as well!

Just got back from a wonderful trip to paradise. 6 days 5 nights, the perfect vacation. The staff are so friendly and extremely accommodating, catering guests from the minute you step foot on to the property. They really make the resort a great environment. Food was beyond delicious with so many various dishes. The resort is maintained well and very clean. With so many activities to do during the day and fun entertainment at night (that are all included), couples tower isle is the perfect getaway. It's safe to say we didn't want to come home!

I did a lot of research to find the perfect honeymoon and I could not have been happier than the choice of Couples Tower Isle! We flew on a Tuesday, which was excellent! We did not take part in Club Mobay and because it was such an off day for flying we didn’t need it. I think we were through customs and immigration within 30 minutes! Our driver was like our tour guide; he explained where we were, things about the country, answered all our questions and was wonderful! When we arrived they had a little band playing, but the check in process was a little disorganized. Do the pre-check in a few days before the arrival — our room was ready as soon as we got there, but some people had to wait. We chose the garden room. The room had an extra big king bed, a huge TV, a huge walk in closet with shelves; and as big as the walk in closet a bathroom, with a stand up shower that is big! The deck was also a nice size with two chairs and a table. Ask for a top floor room; the lower floors have people walking through them to get to where they want to go, and I heard it gets noisy. The patio grill is open 24 hours a day. The patio buffet has breakfast, lunch and dinner. The lunch and dinner are never the same, but the breakfast is and got a little tiring. The international buffet is spectacular! And the beach buffet party is great too! Actual dinner on the beach! The verandah restaurant was amazing too!

One of the best vacations. Loved the old world Caribbean style appeal of the hotel and the food and the the service was awesome. Going back for third time next year!

We had a wonderful stay for our honeymoon. The food and environment was amazing! The only downside was some animals making loud chirping noise all night long.

First time visiting Jamaica. I will not be back to this resort or Ocho Rios again. The resort was pretty, not top notch as the website portrayed. I was welcomed with the door handle breaking off when I opened the balcony door. The bathroom flooded during showers. Housekeeping was in and out of our room a lot, they were not consistent at all. One day my bf and I were walked in on! I had a ring taken that had my kids birthstones in it and said loving mother. We reported it and was told housekeeping would come in to look. We looked as well and not there, no where to be found. A week after we had returned, we received a call that the ring had been found and in our room. Yeah right! We needed to contact Fed Ex to have it picked up and shipped to us. So therefore we had to pay for the shipment to get it back. Another thing is to make sure you don't ask the front desk to arrange for a taxi, it WILL cost you! 10 of us to go 3 miles in the same vehicle was $150! (Barrett Tours was the taxi service) I was suspicious at the beginning anyway, when we asked the front desk to call for a taxi, the man put his head down and whispered something to the man on the other line. So needless to say I'm sure our $150 included a "finders fee". There are couples that come back to this resort yearly, I would never. One and done for me and my family. I hope this review makes you second guess staying at this resort. I would do a sandals or beaches over this place.

Went to Tower Isle for a friend's wedding (80 people) and stayed for 5 days. Management is poor and seemed not to care about service. Could never get a dinner reservation but invited on a friends reservation and once we were sat the entire restaurant was 40% occupied. Every night was the same no reservation available but restaurant was never busy. I believe they short staff to force the buffet (cheaper for them). Worse, we took a group of 40 people and were dropped off on the catamaran tour (20 mins away). After the boat dropped us back off the docks we walked up expected to be picked up… Waited more than 40 mins so we worked with other tour buses to get us back for $100. When confronted about not picking us up the manager said they would pay for it, they did not. Then they said they would credit my room, they did not. ATM did not work, so bring lots of cash to tip. The non management staff were nice and somewhat helpful but could not tip them (special requests) since the ATM was broken. Resort itself was decent. For being all inclusive, they limit requests strategically and pretty sure they water down their bottles.

Had the most amazing experience. Would go back in a heart beat… Small enough that you make amazing friends but Large enough that they have tons of things to do.

My husband and I went here on our honeymoon. We loved it! Food was great, entertainment was great, beds were comfy, staff were friendly and fun. When we go back to Jamaica, we'll be staying here again.

Our only regret is we didn't stay long enough. Absolutely the best all inclusive resort anywhere. The food, the staff and the extra touches provided that made the stay extra special. Although it was our first visit, 4 out of every 5 people we met had been here multiple times. Amazing!

My husband and I went to Jamaica last year for our honeymoon and loved our resort (not CIT), BUT this trip we stayed at Couples Isle Tower with recommendation from a friend of a friend. We weren't impressed. The nudist beach wasn't our thing, so that was a bit odd seeing all the people heading toward the island. Also, the resort is quite a bit older and rundown. We had burnt out light-bulbs, missing flowers in flower vase, un-stocked mini fridge, dripping a/c return vent, etc. In our room. It just made it seem less taken care of and we felt less appreciated as guests. The waitstaff wasn't prompt or overly friendly as they were with our resort last year. The only excursion we felt was truly included that other resorts don't typically include was the Dunn's River Falls. All other "excursions" were ones our other resort included. Plus, the two hour transfer to/from the airport didn't help. Bottom line, I wouldn't recommend it to friends.

Amazing thats the only word I can give for this place. From the moment we walked in the door our expectations went out of the way. Everything they done was to make the experience the greatest thing you have ever done. Will definitely be back again soon.

My boyfriend got a day pass and we went. The place is very cozy and had everything I could want in a all inclusive. I must make special mention of the food. We go to all inclusive hotels yearly, sometimes twice per year and so far this is the only place that I can say the meals were excellent for breakfast lunch and dinner, and in between! Big up to the pastry chef; presentation was excellent! My only regret is that I didn't spend the night! This is on my list for my yearly trips and I have been spreading the word to my friends! Great place. Everything works! loved it!

This place is amazing! We went in June for our honeymoon Monday-Saturday. The food is incredible, water sports are free and fun and the STAFF is awesome! They are the friendliest people I have ever met. I would recommend a room facing the ocean and not to spend too much $$ because you're not in it often. Our favorite thing we did besides just lounging by the beach or pool bar was the Catamaran cruise and Dunns River Falls. When you go to Dunns they have shopping available. DO NOT GO! The people are crazy and you get the same items at the same price in the gift shop or even at the airport. That's the only thing we did not like was how pushy the people are but that is just how they are trying to make $$. Again, I HIGHLY recommend and would go back in a heart beat.

No doubt the best resort ever.

My husband and I got married here July 4th 2014. The staff took care of everything for us! We didn't have a single bad experience during our stay at the resort. We can't wait to plan another trip here again.

I was certainly impress. I've been to countless all inclusive but I must say this is yet my best. The place was amazingly beautiful not to mention a very Romantic atmosphere, the staff were excellent friendly an very attentive not to mention the food am not one to eat my American food when I go different places an I must also say the Jamaican food was delightful especially the oxe tail, room service excellent. We didn't get to do most of the tour or fun part since we were mostly in lock down with each others. Thanks for an amazing time an hope to visit again.

Fantastic food, excellent service, amazing vacation and I'm only 2 days in.

Stayed here for 5 days and really enjoyed it. Staff were great. Loved the piano bar. Really enjoyed the excursions like Dunn River Falls and party barge trips (at no extra cost). Very quiet and relaxing, especially the island. At sunset, there was a gentleman playing saxophone on the dock as the sun went down. Ready to visit again.

After calling of the wedding off 4 days before, we both came to this place and couldn't help but enjoy ourselves. Too bad we couldn't keep it together. : (.

This resort is fantastic! My husband and I had such a great honeymoon here! Everyone is so nice and helpful. Great service. The food is absolutely phenomenal! I've never had such good food! Activities are fun and there's a good variety. We had the ocean premier room and that was amazing. Beautiful view of the ocean. We would love to go back and highly recommend this place.

Fantastic smaller scale resort with friendly staff who remember you each morning and great you with a big smile. The included activities are all well organised and well worth doing. The food is also great with plenty of choice 24/7 with fresh produce in all types of cuisines. Vegetarian options are also well catered for (Actually pretty much all of Jamaica has great vegetarian options) A real "All inclusive" resort unlike some who say they are then sting you for things like Wi-Fi and mini bar (**cough The Hilton Montego Bay cough **) Great location to other outside activities like Mystic Mountain. Can't go wrong. I'll definitely be going back.

Great getaway, nice seclusion and atmosphere. Friendly staff. The drive from Montego Bay airport was pretty long, but other than that it was a plesant stay.

A great, smaller resort. Everyone here goes out of their way to make you feel comfortable and relaxed. Food and drinks were excellent. Rooms are slightly dated, but you spend so little time in there, who cares. If a luxury room is your concern, then you are missing the point of being here. There are many great activities that are included for free. Just stop and ask guest relations, and they will set you up. I would definitely return to this resort.

Went here with my wife for our honeymoon. On the second night, while dining at their on site luxury restaurant, our waitress told laughed at my wife when told she was a vegetarian, because she "had weight". Now, my wife does not "have weight", as implied by our waitress, but that is beside the point. For a resort to employ people, at their finest restaurant no less, that would openly insult guests by essentially calling them fat is unacceptable. No one should have to spend a night of their honeymoon in tears because of someone so openly rude. Unfortunately, it doesn't get better. After complaining to the restaurant manager, Mr. Henry, he offered to take care of a private island dinner, a $240 value. Thinking this was a good will gesture, we enjoyed the rest of our trip. As we went to check out, however, we say the full priced dinner on our bill. After a few moments of discussion, we found someone who suddenly "remembered" that we were offered a 20% discount. I could guess as to why it was full price on our bill. Regardless, this was still noticeably different than what we were told a few days earlier by Mr Henry. At this point, however, we were about to leave the resort, conveniently enough, and couldnt do much about it. Since returning home, I've sent multiple emails attempting to get an explanation, but have received no response whatsoever. I will update if I do. Until then, my opinion of this organization is low.

Stayed there for a week for our honeymoon 2 weeks ago. Omg the best week of my life. Fold was outstanding and didn't have 1 bad thing to eat. The employee were also super nice! Rum punch few.

Excellent honeymoon spot.

This place "gets" romance. Our 6th stay. Service unmatched. The dive team is 6-star, though Jamaican reefs may only be 2-3 star, at best. GO! I promise you won't regret it.
