Villa Otium: a small corner of paradise.
It would have taken the best mascarpone cream of our life to win the five stars, instead we also found a cozy place that really made us feel at home!
The area is magnificent and very close to various tourist villages, the structure rustic but well cared for, as on the other hand the excellent cuisine, the beautiful garden has given us unique moments; it was a great pleasure to chat with the owners and their extroverted family, as well as to pamper for hours The very nice bovari of bernese who welcome guests right away.

I am a loyal local customer and have come several times with my husband and friends. I was always happy with the offer!
Today I came to the pool to enjoy the afternoon in this beautiful place. I found myself surrounded by 7/8 boys who careless of good manners, they felt free to give vent to all their youthful exuberance using a language that was also in the presence of children with their mothers, not being the pool Manned.
The owner, solicited by my insistence went to the boys claiming however that it is the parents responsible for their children. The children were not accompanied by their parents. However, the fact remains that the owner of a private place open to the public is responsible for what is happening inside.
I had gone to enjoy a beautiful place and instead I found myself forced to make bundlewithout even receiving an apology from the owners who did not even try to hold me. I ordered a soft drink hoping for a positive outcome for me. I expected a greater deterrent presence, on the contrary, I had the nasty surprise to see the owner take the car and leave.
So did I.

Beautiful rooms, the owners two beautiful people always ready to help. Breakfast with those fantastic cakes… too bad we were able to stay a single night… It's certainly not a farewell.

Beautiful renovated farmhouse, rustic rooms features, nice holders, beautiful panoramic view, excellent cuisine and a handful of adorable cats!

Struttura genuina gestita a livello familiare. È consigliabile in estate. Nelle camere non c'è la TV ma per tutto il resto è ok! Consigliato anche per la massima pulizia. Abbiamo provato la cena e la polenta che ho preso con il cinghiale era speciale!

Wonderful Location!. A panorama of incredible offers this bed and breakfast. I stayed one night at villa otium, and I was very satisfied! The staff is helpful and very nice!. Interior rustic but very comfortable. The room is very clean and fragrant, offering an excellent view! Great service! And a place where there is truly peace. Highly recommended!

If we could give Villa Otium 10 stars we would. The room, the views, the lovely family members, and the food was the finest meal we've had in 2 weeks. Wonderful in all ways.

I think the Bed and Breakfast Villa Otium is a wonderful place, quite cheap compared the other B&B in the area. It is situated in an astonishing countryside 5 minutes from Volterra, a city located in the middle of Tuscany. The owners have been really welcoming and friendly with me as with my children. It is true what they say on their website, Villa is “a very friendly relaxing home”. If you stop for dinner you’ll pay an honest price for a delicious and delightful cuisine accompanied by good wine. If you want some company at the bar the owners are always willing to keep you entertained for a few hours, probably offering you something to drink. Everything the B&B offers is what I expect when I got on holiday. Villa Otium is what I call a five stars service.
