My girlfriend and I stayed in this wonderful property for New Year's Eve. What can I say? The location is enchanting, surrounded by greenery, away from the frenzy of the city and a stone's throw from Volterra.
Extremely friendly welcome, clean and spacious room and very good breakfast. I recommend this place to anyone who wants to spend a weekend in total relaxation and is perfectly suitable for couples. In the structure there is also a nice restaurant where you can eat very well.

We stayed in an apartment on this farm. The apartment is very spacious, equipped with all comforts (even a coffee machine with pods and toaster, etc…).
Excellent breakfast, both savory and sweet, with fresh homemade cakes.
The ladies, owners of the farmhouse, very kind, very nice and also ready to give you advice on villages to visit.
The pool is excellent and spotless.
We also used the restaurant for dinner. Friendly staff and excellent food!
We will return and recommend it!

I didn't stop to eat because I was passing by outside the kitchen opening hours. Leather is absolutely to be recommended both for the location (enchanting panorama and not far from waterfalls hidden in the woods) and for the kindness of the owners. In fact, I took a 1 liter bottle of water and a gentleman, who I think was the owner, convinced that he did not have 5 euros to change, immediately told me that the coins I had were enough (40 cents). Along that same dirt road, in the village of Ulignano, a few kilometers lower, absolutely to avoid a structure always open even for lunch and hyper-signposted by road signs.

We just spent 5 nights in the apartments with 2 families of 5 (2 adults and 3 kids). The location was perfect. The sleeping accommodations nice and the pool was excellent. The restaurant on the premise was convenient but the staff was impossible and rude. However, I don’t think there was any affiliation between the agrotourismo and the restaurant except for the shared space. All in all we had an amazing time and highly recommend the agrotourismo. Manuela and Julia couldn’t have been more welcoming.

A wonderful place to stay between Volterra and San Gimignano. Very pretty room with great facilities. We were able to cool off after our walk in the superb swimming pool.
Dinner was excellent. All freshly cooked. Delicious breakfast provided by our hosts. Many thanks.
